Miracle Movers has a great website and they checked out really well via ratings websites and BBB across Canada. Excellent job at both ends - lots of attention to detail and good communication. I cannot tell you how diligently their movers do their job. They made sure I was informed as to what my responsibilities were, such as providing/updating a detailed inventory of what was being shipped, and making sure they had proper access and parking . I'm glad I paid for a home visit (it was only an extra $50) as it was important to me that someone eyeball my stuff beforehand and offer insight into packing & preparation. A cross-country move is so different from a local one! Your belongings have to be transferred at least twice, and it's stressful since you worry about all of it arriving intact. You can't be too careful about packing; I recommend buying a few specialty boxes for things like large framed pictures, mirrors, etc. They will wrap them with blankets for you, but myself I felt better taking it on for the really fragile stuff.

We really liked this service. It was skillful, competent and with real quality. They were clear in what needed to be done and managed it in a reasonable time. they were very slightly late, which was Ok as we weren't quite ready yet. but they gave me a call to give me a heads up. They supplied the correct truck size to compensate for the clearance to the underground parking access. Two amiable and strong men emptied our old home quickly. thank you for meeting our pricing and needs.

Excellent service from this company. Moving from a three story house into a bungalow, meant a lot of possessions to squeeze into a smaller space with some access issues. Especially impressed by the patience shown by the movers to bring in a very large freezer through a tight doorway. Thank you, really appreciated your work. Glowing report!!

I searched for movers on google and miracle movers were on top. I required some muscle to get my larger furniture into storage. The office were receptive to my needs and listened to my comments and amendments. All in all a good performance was shown. I was pleased with the outcome.

I am an Irish man who lives in Toronto and your company came recommended from my brother in law. You certainly lived up to the reputation. They arrived when promised and delivered our effects on the exact date and time. everything arrived in one piece and they even went the extra mile to take apart and put back together our super king size, wooden framed bed. Guys were polite and well presented. Supply the odd cup of coffee and enjoy a quick chat with them. Can recommend to anyone.

I used Miracle movers to transport my music shop, which included many different instruments including violins, harps, saxophones and guitars. i was extremely worried in hiring a moving company who would undertake such a specialised move. But your company did not disappoint. They showed extreme care and I thank you wholeheartedly for your services.

Excellent service from initial contact. Movers were very kind and patient, arrived early followed instructions and we're extremely polite. I would highly recommend using this company again and will be recommending them to family and friends.

My move involved furniture only. One piece proved difficult. My queen bed was assembled inside the apartment bedroom and it was almost impossible to get it through the door. But the two men somehow managed to get it through with skill and care. Then at my house, the bed wouldn't go up the narrow steps, nor through the front door. Finally, they got it through the back door and into the bedroom. Persistence, and wanting me to be totally satisfied, motivated the men to keep looking for an alternative solution. That made all the difference to my whole moving experience. Great when the men think on their feet. Thanks.

I had to alter my move date a couple of times, due to unforeseen circumstances, the office staff were totally accommodating and understanding of situation. Workers should also be highly praised as they moved so fast and demonstrated a great deal of skill and care with my table and dresser. The total experience was an A+.
