We do our best to provide our customers with as accurate as possible moving quote. Every quote is based on the information provided by the client to the sales agent where every detail matters and can affect the total time. Therefore we have included into every moving quote sent via customer portal a link to “Your rights and responsibilities” to help our customers make an informed decision and get prepared for the move. You have been provided with a non-binding quote, which means that your final bill depends on the actual time that the move will take. Every move is unique, the moving process and time can be affected by many factors: layout at each location, walking distance from apartment to the elevator, elevator and dock accessibility, walking distance from/to the truck’s parking slot, reassembly works, driving distance and traffic, downtime while waiting for elevator/keys, unpacked miscellaneous and loose items, etc. The above mentioned reasons add up on the total time and we hope that makes sense to you. The moving crews are trained to provide an efficient and smooth move, however they cannot be faster lacking care of the items and safety measures.
