The packing service was horrible. Lots of stuff was missed and we had to pack ourselves which was very stressful as we were very short on time between the packing day and moving day (2 days later). The guys doing the packing were going very slow, and they also didn't use some of our packing material and charged us for packing material they brought. Would never use them again for packing. The moving crew was much faster and did the move in a decent time, but they scratched many spots on the hardwood floors at the old location and new location, and we noticed some damage to the furniture, although minor. Also my PC hardware was damaged during the move, and cost me over $350 to repair. Overall, not very happy with their service, and wish I went with a different company.

First, I must thank you so much for all your help regarding my daughter's successful move on Thurs April 27. And a big thank you to Michael, Alex and Dimitri. These 3 gentlemen were super heroes... great on their work and pleasant to work with... All my appreciation about these 3 gentlemen goes to the owner/manager of Miracle Movers Company! Thanks again for your beautiful attitude!

An incredible moving company from start to finish. Moved from Toronto to Ottawa. Very affordable, movers were very fast and accommodated my moving time needs. Very professional during every step in the process. Total cost with labour was lower than competitors by a large margin. Would hire again in an instant.

I just wanted to say thank you for an excellent move! The guys were fast and careful and worked hard all day despite having a bird take out their windshield on the way to St. Marys. :) We did a lot of research to find the right moving company, and we are very happy that we chose to work with Miracle Movers. We will certainly recommend this company to anyone.

They failed to deliver on time, they were supposed to be at my place at 2pm, did not arrive until next day at 8am. Broke items. took no responsibility. Do NOT use them. Bad, bad, bad experience. Unprofessional.

I am extremely satisfied with MM service from the logistics to the expertise/care the movers had on our belongings. Simone (customer care & logistics), Mikhail and Eugene (assigned movers) made the move experience a simple and smooth one for us.

Moving is so stressful but these guys took care of everything. They are quick and efficient. We moved my 1 bedroom within 2 hours and that's with assembling of furniture! Very impressed with the service.

First when the 2 movers arrived on Monday, they began the move by scratching my brand new floors that were installed last summer. They also took off a piece of the wall, by hitting boxes against it. See Photos. They lugged my couch thru the hallway to the elevator, even I asked them few times, to take it apart. They just don't listen. The couch did not fit into the elevator, so one of them took out a hammer and started hammering one side of the couch off. I asked them not to take apart the poker table, once again they ignored me, and took it apart, now the table wobbles and cant be balanced back. They ripped off all of the lamp shades, I discovered only afterwards, as you can see in the picture, that they broke the base off. After moving the couch to the new place, they destroyed one of the metal bars that folds the sofa bed together. They also pushed on the bed so much that it does not fit back properly. They took apart my daughter's bed frame, and gave the screws to my child, WHY???? Now we are missing the screws and can't put the frame back together. They put me thru so much stress that day, and I do not wish this experience on anybody else. Please do not hire them. They must learn how to move things first and also take their time.

Your team did a phenomenal job. We were very pleased with everyone that came. They were very careful, respectful and efficient. We were very happy and appreciate all your help to ensure that everything ran smoothly. We will recommend Miracle Movers to our friends in the future.

The service was excellent (as always). The guys were fantastic and the concierge at 3 Marine Parade also told me how nice & professional Vlad & Ray were. I will definitely connect with them again, once I have another moving date!
