Excellent movers, highly recommended. Showed up to start the job precisely on time and were extremely efficient, helpful and friendly. Handled all items with great care. We have a one bedroom apartment and 2 movers loaded the truck in exactly 2 hours. Pricing was also competitive - I think Miracle Movers would be the best option for our next move as well.

Before the move itself, we had been in communication with Miracle Movers for several weeks dealing with the moving of my parents from Mississauga to Oshawa. My parents’ move was done quickly and efficiently with a crew of 2 guys. The movers were all very good and obviously take pride in what they do. They were extremely friendly and actually made what is a stressful day kind of fun for my parents and me. Thanks, guys.

Choosing Miracle Movers for my local move was a great decision. This company showed great results and showed that moving can be a painless experience. They were professional and prompt. I would recommend them to friends and family, and would use them again myself.

We had everything ready for the movers prior to their arrival, and it was a simple job of moving the large furniture. They were over 2 hours late, and each time we called to see where they were, they blamed their 'system' for giving false ETA's. While they were fairly quick getting the furniture out of the ground floor apartment, they repeatedly asked where each item was going, despite being told at the beginning that except for the bed, it was all going into the basement of the new home. The movers outright refused to move the entertainment center to its proper location, and yes, they were told it was heavy when we booked the move, so it should have been easily dealt with immediately. After the movers left, my mother and father, both in their mid to late 60's, had it moved to the basement within 20 minutes. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Three burly movers couldn't do what a senior couple could? While both Marcus and Memphis were reasonable to deal with at the start of the move, the constant delays and lack of communication regarding those delays is unacceptable. We will NOT be using or recommending Miracle Movers to anyone!

Moved in November with Miracle Movers. The moving crew arrived earlier than planned which was even better, the movers called ahead half an hour before arrival to notify when they were able to come, arrived at established time and got straight to work. When started working, not only did they disassemble and assemble my bed, they have gave tips on where to position my furniture to maximize my apartment space. The guys were beyond professional and were a pleasure to deal with! When it comes to moving, Miracle Movers is the best!

I used these guys in 2009. Hopefully things have changed with this company. An in all fairness companies do, but this was my experience which I "posted" on another online review site at the time: After receiving a quote from "Eugene" to move our stuff from Mississauga to Toronto. I sent a detailed list of our items to move. everything seemed OK. i mentioned i had a apartment sized piano, which he said was fine too. No extra charge, just the cost of moving the house which he estimated would take about 6 hours plus one hour of travel. All at $89/hour. Well would you know! On the day after moving a few things into the truck, the movers then mentioned there was going to be an extra $160 to move the piano., plus a cost of moving furniture from the bed room into the truck, and another extra cost for moving stuff from the basement into the truck. All this on top of the hourly rate!! I was livid!! I called and spoke with Eugene, who at this point was not willing to even meet half way on the extra cost! I told him how deceitful and dishonest he had been and that this temporary move was going to be the last with his company if their word could not be trusted. I reminded him to look at the bigger picture here - I had earlier told him were moving into a temporary location and would be moving again in another 10-12 months, once our home was built. But he was adamant about the extra cash. We were in a bind, we had to move out that day, so I got off the phone and told the movers I would pay them what they wanted but would not pay any extra on moving things from the bedroom or basement. Eugene had not ever mentioned that as an extra in our previous discussions. He specifically mentioned there were no extra costs, given we were well packed already! Anyway they had us moved, I paid them about $1080.00 CND cash. The movers mentioned Eugene would send me an receipt when via email at a later date, as they had to put in some paper work and could not give me one on the spot. I have requested that receipt since our move in April 2009, with a few more days to Christmas, I still have no receipt, and no responses to my emails and treats to report them to Revenue Canada. IN CONCLUSION: If you do decide to use MM, do so making sure your quotes are in writing and stay firm. Give yourself options - never move at the end of the month.

I have used Miracle Movers twice as the cost is fair and the movers are fast and very efficient. I have also recommended MM to many other people and they have used your services and they couldn't thank me enough for my recommendation. We will be calling MM in the very near future as my parents have to move again.

I moved from a large detached home into a townhouse with a ton of stairs. The three movers were punctual, courteous, kind, and worked efficiently. I have recommended them to my parents for their upcoming move and would highly recommend them to others.

Got a recommendation for Miracle Movers from my daughter who had used the company previously. These guys are AWESOME! First Ron answered all my questions regarding rates and quality of moving vans, staff training, scheduling, etc., then they followed up in writing a few days later to confirm the type of truck being used, the scheduled pickup and delivery locations and all quoted rates - all of which made me much more comfortable with what I might be getting myself into. In any case, the movers showed up on time and after explaining the loading / unloading process - the two fellows went to work. We had a two bedroom apartment packed into a storage locker - they had the truck loaded and unloaded into our third floor condo within four hours total. These guys work hard, were very pleasant to deal with and damaged NOTHING. Did I tell you these guys are AWESOME?

They were curtious, respectful to my things, friendly and very professional !! I will definitely call them again and recommend them !! Thank you for making the move easy !! Movers had outmost respect.
