Miracle Movers customer service representatives answer the phone promptly and gave me an affordable estimate. Movers were on time and making the job perfect, solid and smooth. I never once heard them complain. I highly recommend them!

The moving team was incredibly professional; they worked us into the schedule quickly. Best $361 I've ever spent. I had to move from Etobicoke to Toronto for work a month ago. I was excited about my new job but the moving part wasn't really something I was looking forward to. What can you do, it's a part of the deal. I honestly hired the first company I came across and I guess I got very lucky. Miracle Movers turned out to be the most honest and professional moving company I've ever had to deal with. They were open about all charges and I could tell that good customer service is their number one priority. I was on the phone with Julia and she advised me to buy all the packing materials myself because it would be cheaper and that way I could avoid extra charge. The moving guys were very polite and friendly and I really liked the way they were handling my stuff. There were no delays in delivery or any issues whatsoever, which I know is hard to believe when you hire movers. I might've just gotten lucky or Miracle Movers is indeed the best moving company out there.

These guys were terrific! We booked them last minute and they were reasonably priced. The movers showed up on time, and they treated both my new and old place with respect so I didn't have to worry about any details. Very professional to deal with. Experience. Punctual and efficient.

Terrible movers! I was overcharged, they dropped my couch over the balcony (my husband and I managed to move it in ourselves, why couldn't professional movers get it out?) they dented walls and they refused to move all of the furniture that I had requested. When I contacted the company to complain they said my account of the events was inaccurate, that I had told the movers not to move everything, that the couch had not been dropped and that their GPS showed when they arrived and left and according to that I was not overcharged. Terrible movers and worse customer service. I would not recommend Miracle Movers to anyone.

I will start by saying I was quoted $400, and paid over $1,000 after all was said and done. If you want to be laughed at on the phone, hung up on, called the incorrect name multiple times, sleep on a floor with a blanket you had to buy because they take so long to move that you miss the service elevator at your new place by 4 hours, THEN CHOOSE MIRACLE MOVERS!!!!! I moved from Mississauga to Adelaide last week with Miracle Movers. The move was from a two bedroom house to a three bedroom condo. The Miracle Movers gentlemen were impeccably attired, very courteous and professional. The team was very respectful of our house - ensuring that the floors were covered with protective mats, no dings on the walls and they cleaned up before leaving. After unpacking all the stuff, we finally made sure that they didn’t cause any damages to us. All the belongings are in the same condition as before the move. Miracle Movers were professional and things went very smoothly! Please pass on how much we appreciated hard work and professionalism to all the moving crew! I used Miracle Movers and loved them. The moving guys had the greatest attitude and were very attentive to our needs and concerns, nothing was damaged (although to be honest I don't really haven valuable or fragile furniture or stuff except for my TV). I would recommend Miracle Movers to anybody in a heartbeat!

Excellent service to move my home stuff from Barrie to Vaughan. The move was accomplished with great professionalism, excellent communication, follow-up and commitment to make the move as smooth as possible. In addition to being well-trained warehousing, moving and installation professionals, all the employees and management were professional and friendly people.

Every instruction I gave these movers was followed closely. Their attention to detail mattered a lot, because I was moving a lot of sound and video equipment, and any of it could have been damaged if it wasn’t moved and stacked in the specific way I planned out. They showed the appropriate amount of care moving everything out, and every box arrived at my new place in perfect condition.
