Second time using this company. Booked it in advance, they fully disclosed all their charges, asked for a list of items and photos before hand. showed up on time, Professional and courteous, moved fast no delays or breaks. Charged in the end as agreed. Very polite and efficient. Would definitely use them again. Make sure you read their agreement and ask any questions ahead of time.

My mom accidentally booked a moving company that has received very bad reviews from everyone here and most people on google. I'm sure the few good reviews they had were their own. Because I am paranoid I found out and forced her to get someone else from among my 6 recommendations. We were gonna hire someone else but again, MOM, called the "wrong" company and booked them. I only found out hours before that it was Miracle Movers. I was tense from before they showed up to the time they left...and I DIDN'T NEED TO! They came, they saw, THEY MOVED! We had two glass cabinets and the way they resourcefully covered them up to protect them just left me IMPRESSED!!! And they made sure they showed me where anything was previously damaged so I was aware of it. They worked so efficiently, almost silently, steadily and were rather cooperative. Ilya and Slava the two silent yet purposeful movers. While Ilya was predisposed to a sunny disposition and smiled and joked through out, Slava took time to open up and when he did it was so much fun. They did their thing so well, that my mom just left them to themselves while she browsed through colour swatches with which to have the house painted. They're hard working guys and even without small talk they got the job done. Someone here mentioned they found it distasteful when their mover from this company asked for a tip. But in the defense of the movers, this is kinda a thankless job when the movers are working a bit below market price. And they're movers, not restaurateurs. Don't expect them to be pretentious, subtle or fake about it. We were happy to tip them and also that they reminded us about it. They made this move so easy and to think we almost hadn't hired them.

Miracle Movers is a very good company. They came at established time and started loading the truck immediately. We appreciated very much the protective tools used such as paper furniture pads, bubble wrap, stretch rap, mattress covers, foam wraps. Everything was done very accurately and carefully. At the end, we payed the same as it was estimated at the beginning. I would hire them again for my next move.

I hired Miracle Movers (Calgary) because I had read good reviews and expected professionalism, courtesy and respect for my belongings. The day we moved (Aug 21, 2015) was raining very heavily. I expected what I've read in previous reviews...floor coverings, furniture covered and just being treated with respect. Instead, they did not wrap any of my furniture, they did not put a single tarp, floor runner or any kind of covering on my floor. On this extremely rainy day, they carried my furniture completely exposed out in the rain, they walked through my house with their wet shoes on and then when I asked them why they weren't covering my furniture, they actually asked me how I expected them to cover it! They told me it would only be out in the rain for a few seconds (carrying heavy furniture down my front steps, front walk and driveway is a little longer than a few seconds and the rain was so heavy that you would be soaked in seconds). They said they would cover the furniture in the truck - how is that helpful when the furniture is already wet? And how is it ever acceptable to move anyone's belongings (leather and cloth couches, TVs, piano) out completely exposed in any kind of rain? How is it acceptable and respectful to walk through someone's house with wet shoes on? They only brought a blanket out when they could see I was visibly upset and even then, they just tossed the blanket on top, unlike other movers who I've called (as I have to do a second move) who have told me they wrap the furniture inside the house first and lay down floor coverings without extra charge. I was so incredibly disappointed that they did not live up to the reviews I read about especially given that I had already done all the hard work of packing all boxes (which we moved ourselves), disassembling whatever furniture we could, unplugging and packing all cords and even moving as much furniture as we could down to the garage so they wouldn't have to go up and down the stairs as much. I even inventoried and took photographs of everything to be moved ahead of time and sent it to them (at their request). They only had the big furniture and TVs to move. They ended up not being able to fit everything into the truck (which meant we had to move it on our own) and at that point, I didn't want them to move anything else since they had complete disregard for making sure that my furniture and electronics were protected from the rain. I sent them my complaints on their service and indicated I was not going to use them for my second move, and they never even responded back. I would never recommend them or use them again.

At the beginning of September we moved within Vancouver from a two bedroom apartment into a three bedroom house. I have no complaints about the company. I had a heavy furniture and they got it down the stairs and up the truck like it was nothing. I was mostly pleased with the way everything was wrapped and protected. Furthermore, the movers were courteous, professional and did a great job moving my stuff. The professional movers were prompt, great at communicating schedules, worked hard to get the container unpacked quickly but carefully, placed all of the boxes where they belonged and treated our belongings very carefully. I couldn't ask for more than Miracle Movers provided!

It took two weeks until we decided which moving company to hire! The main issue was the big and heavy piano which was difficult to carry from the apartment. We decided to work with Miracle Movers because of so many positive reviews we read about the services they provide and we didn’t regret about our choice! The piano was attentively transported from the apartment and accurately packed into the truck! No scratched corners, no damages and no breaks! Our piano arrived to Markham without any problem. Big thanks for that to the movers! The movers were responsible and did all fast without taking long breaks or smoking, they were fully concentrated on their tasks. I would definitely recommend them!

we moved on July 29, 2015; the Miracle Movers guys (Dimitry & Eugene) were awesome. They put in a 10 hour day and got the job done in two runs. They were super efficient on a terribly hot and humid day. the only thing i would have liked to have seen done differently: when my partner and i booked the move job - we requested the larger truck so that we could do the move in one move not two. that did not happen. the company sent the smaller truck so the poor moving guys had to sweat it out for 10 long hours on a very very hot day. we should have gotten the larger truck per our initial request. thank you very much to Miracle Movers and thank you very much to awesome Dimitri and Eugene for a job well done.

We are very pleased with the service from Miracle Movers. The staff done their job professionally, carefully and in a timely manner. This company has high quality moving service. Everything was wrapped securely and moved without any damages. All the staff were very nice, qualified , friendly and very helpful. They really take care about the customers. They did an incredible job and our move went very easy. We respect their help and would recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

Miracle Movers is an excellent company with professional, careful, and courteous movers. I am so happy they were recommended to my wife and me for our move, they made everything so much easier! Having them help us pack and wrap of a lot of our stuff took a huge load off of our shoulders. I usually dread moving but they helped relieve a tremendous chunk of that anxiety. We moved from Mississauga ON to Burnaby BC! All the furniture was packed and wrapped properly, so there was no damage at all! Going forward, I will definitely recommend Miracle Movers to my friends and family whenever any of them are moving.

It was the best moving experience I've ever had! Valeryi and Oleg were so great and helpful and at the day of the move Filip was a huge asset. I would recommend this company because they made my moving experience extremely easy! I've used other moving companies before and they don't even compare to this one. All my stuff was in great condition of course and they were great people to deal with! The price was $1150!!! Thank you Miracle Movers for making this experience easier for me.
