    Pre-Move-In Cleaning

    Found their excellent reviews on homestars and thought I would give them a try. Ordered the platinum package for my new house to have it cleaned before I moved in. Total cost was $490 for three rooms, a hall, and two full staircases. Done in under two hours. Followed up with a thank you email for my business and a $10 giftcard for www.canadahelps.org to donate to the charity of my choice. Only thing I wrong with their service was that the website was spelled wrong (www.candahelps.org) on the card!

    Carpet Cleaning

    AMAZING! I found this company through Homestars. I called Sunday night (after 7pm) asking for "emergency" service as we were moving to a new house and carpet wasn't as expected. I had serious time constraints given the date I was moving in. They were able to accommodate my needs and team showed up at my house on time. Staff was extremely friendly and a complete explanation of the process was given before they started. They took the time to listen to my concerns about the carpet and made sure they addressed all of them. Rooms that would be used first were power dried and shoe cover was provided in case we needed to walk on the carpets for the next 8 hours. Very good work... I will recommend. I'm only giving 10 because there is no 11.

    Carpet cleaning

    I found this company from the Homestar reviews and I was not disappointed at all. They quoted me based on the area and showed up on the day we agreed on. They did a very professional and thorough job and I am happy to recommend them to anybody looking for a very good carpet cleaner.

    Carpet cleaning

    Technician arrived on time. He was very polite and thorough in his explanation of what he was going to do. Upon completion of the cleaning, he moved 2 pieces of furniture back into place that had to be moved for carpet repair. I was very pleased with his work and the carpet looks wonderful again.. A job well done!

    Carpet & sofa cleaning

    Arranging the service was easy and scheduling was flexible. Everything was clearly confirmed and the work was done promptly and professionally. We reviewed the work together before the technician left. I would recommend using them. Thank you!

    Carpet Cleaning

    416 So Clean were on time and very tidy. They explained exactly what they were going to do and how long it would take. They provided notice of arrival by email and a phone call well in advance. They were polite and careful with my home. I was very happy with the quality of their service.

    Carpet cleaning

    Very satisfied customer. Professional, arrived on time, explanation given of work to be done, walk trough before and after was completed. Would highly recommend this company and would use them again, great value for money. Carpets were very dirty before the cleaning and turned out better than expected. Thank you!

    Cleaning of carpet after major work in the basement

    This review is a little late but better late than never. After major work in the basement with dirt, dust and traffic, our carpet was in desperate need of a good clean. This company was highly recommended by the company who came in and stretched our carpet back in place. They did an excellent job and I will definitely use them in the future. Highly recommended.

    Carpet Cleaning

    416-SO-Clean was a wonderful company to deal with. I was able to go online to get an estimate and email to book an appointment. The response was very prompt. The serviceman arrived within the designated time frame and was very polite. He explained the process and clearly took pride in his work. He did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets and even got out some very old and tough stains. We are so pleased with 416-SO-Clean's services. We will be certain to use them again in the future.

    Carpet cleaning

    I wanted to let your readers know about this outstanding cleaning company. I researched carefully on here which cleaning company could clean our site. This site was quite difficult because while we were told no animals were allowed into the basement, there was a sickly pee smell down there. Adel and his staff were professional and on time. Even the though the cost of the cleaning for our area was extremely affordable compared to my market research, they treated us as if we were paying thousands. They went beyond their duty to clean our carpets even warning of times when it would not work and what they could do under the circumstances. The staff even cleaned NON carpet areas so I was impressed. Homestars has really helped me search for great service companies and this is one of them. You cannot go wrong getting these guys! They are email proficient as well as that helps busy people schedule without wasting time on the phone. I highly recommend getting this company to clean your carpets and areas with confidence. I was very very pleased and will be calling them for me and my people who need this service!
