    Carpet Cleaning

    This was the second time I used them for carpet cleaning and, as expected, they did an amazing job! Even better than the first time :) didn't even think about looking for someone else, therefore I cannot comment on the price but I believe it's reasonable and I'm very happy with the result. Very punctual, which I highly appreciate, and very professional. They asked me about problem areas before they started and when we inspected the house together at the end, I was trully impressed! Thank you so much and please keep up the good work!

    Carpet cleaning

    I truly appreciated So Clean's approach to business. They are professional with follow up calls to confirm my appointments. The two person team was professional, timely and reviewed the job prior to commencing. They even supplied foot/shoe covers in the event we needed to walk on the wet carpet. The stains were removed and they encouraged us to look over the carpet before they left. In addition, if you are in a stacked townhome complex, it can be difficult to get cleaners in given the property layout, So Clean was able to adapt. On other important point - their price was right - I had three other quotes and they were more expensive!

    Carpet Cleaning

    Highly highly recommend So-Clean for any carpet cleaning jobs! They were on time, professional and did an amazing job! I moved into a new house and they managed to get high traffic areas looking almost brand new!

    Carpet Cleaning

    Matthew arrived at the time he said. He did a thoroughly professional job on our stairs and family room in one hour. He laid out and removed his equipment very neatly and efficiently. He left a pair of slippers in case we needed to walk on the carpet before it dried. The price was reasonable. We are very satisfied.

    Carpet and Duct Cleaning

    Adel somehow was able to do some juggling and accomodate a last minute appointment change request. He is awsome. Got carpet cleaning and duct cleaning done and very satisfied with the whole process. Thank you Adel and team!

    Basement Carpet cleaning

    As a mother of two and a new home owner I value others who care about the customer experience and the quality of work.. 416-So-Clean has met my standard and more. I used their team for the first time last month on a small project, and I was very impressed start to finish. The Communication was excellent including the service provided by the crew, and the quality of workmanship was flawless. I will be referring them and using them again myself for my office next month. Terrific job !

    Carpet and Duct Cleaning

    This review is long overdue. We have been enlisting the services of 416-So-Clean for years and have never once been disappointed. Adel and his team are consummate professionals that work hard to produce exceptional results. We have used them for carpet cleaning, duct cleaning, grout cleaning and cleaning of silhouette blinds and every time the job is done to perfection. The folks at 416-So-Clean are professionals that put heart into what they do. Each job is explained in great detail, the quote is clear and concise so you are aware of what it is you are paying for. The work is done and you are given ample opportunity to inspect the job. In over 5 years of having the pleasure of dealing with this company I have not one bad experience! I recommend 416-So-Clean to my family, friends, neighbors and colleagues without hesitation.     Carpet Cleaning

    416-So-Clean was fantastic! We just moved in to a new home with a ton of carpeting on the upper floors. I found the pricing to be reasonable based on quotes from other places. Two guys were sent the day of our appointment. They were on time and finished in the time they estimated the full cleaning would take. I was given booties so I could go where I needed to while they were cleaning. After the cleaning they walked me through pointing out any spots where they had difficulty removing a stain and explaining discolouration in the carpets. They left me with extra booties in case we needed to access the areas where the carpet was wet and a spot cleaner for future accidents. I would definitely use them again.

    Carpet cleaning

    Very happy with the service on all fronts. We needed our basement carpet cleaned, and were hoping to get it done to a certain timeline. The company achieved both. The carpet looks and smells great. Even some tough stains came out (though a couple of others were resistant ... but even these look much better). Adel was responsive and accommodated our timeline. It is clear he/the company prioritizes client service. Moreover, Daltony, the technician, was exceptional in his level of professionalism. Definitely would use 416-so-clean again, and would recommend them to our neighbours and friends.

    Rug cleaning

    We called requesting appointment for a fast response to clean our rugs before the sale of our house. Anton was on time and very thorough and cleaned up the hoses etc. in a neat and orderly manner. We would recommend your company anytime.
