    Carpet Clean

    Since 416-SO-CLEAN was rated as the best in the business, I called them to have our carpets done. They certainly did not disappoint! Every detail from setting the appointment with Adel, prepping the house, confirming the date, and the cleaning itself was exceptional. Dalton and his partner explained the process when they arrived and walked us through the job once complete, and they were also complete gentlemen. I would not hesitate to use this company again and will refer them to all in need.

    Carpet cleaning entire house

    Called 416SoClean to clean carpet in a rental unit. The unit has bad stain from pets and the tenant tried to clean with water unseccessfully. So I had huge water stains with a rim of yellow on all floors. Tenant just left the entire house in a mess. 416 SoClean showed up on short notice, like 3 days after the call, and cleaned the entire place up. I actually pointed out areas that can be improved on. And no questions asked, 416SoClean improved on those areas. Very professional and I am very gald my beige colour berber carpet is in a pretty good condition again. Thanks you!

    Carpet Cleaning

    This is a very satisfied and happy customer that's writing this review. From Adel who booked the appointment to the two associates who completed the work, everybody was very courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, detail oriented and the job was reasonably priced. I called for a last minute appointment (my son was getting married a week after that) and Adel immediately accommodated my request. They did a great job too. I would highly recommend them and would use them again and again.... A++++ vendor. Thanks guys!!

    Carpet Cleaning

    This company is professional, efficient, and honest. A pleasure after spending way too many unpleasant hours on the phone with Bell and Rogers last week. I booked carpet cleaning, cleaning the dryer vent, and to clean some Hunter-Douglas blinds. Appointment was confirmed by email including a quote and time of arrival. They showed up early, clearly explained possible complications/risks, and indicated the length of time to complete the work. (I decided not to get the blinds cleaned). Once the job was completed, I was taken to see my new clean carpets and I was further instructed about the drying process. Everyone was very polite/friendly and professional, and they did a fantastic job! Payment can be completed immediately because they have a mobile credit card machine. I also received an email to make sure I am satisfied with their work. I especially like the 10.00 contribution to a charity of my choice for writing this review: it will be very appreciated by "The Centre for Community Learning and Development" 540 Dundas St. East Toronto M5A 2B3 Thanks for a great job!

    Carpet cleaning

    This was my second time using 416-SO-CLEAN. We moved into a new house, and wanted to clean the carpet in the basement, this is a fairly large finished area, the carpet had a number of stains on it though. Matthew came and did a very thorough job, when he left, the carpet looked almost like new. I will use this company again next time I need cleaning done.

    Carpet Cleaning

    Adel is an absolute professional and gentlemen. We have had our carpets cleaned before, but this was a different experience. Wishing you every continued success. I strongly recommend him and his team.

    area rugs/ couch and chair

    It was a pleasure right from the front door- Dalton and his co-worker where both pleasant, courteous and extremely professional. As a business owner in the home service industry for over 20 years, I know what it takes to make it a mission to give "top notch " service each and every time we enter someones home.     Duct Cleaning

    Another very happy customer! Efficient, thoughtful, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Just a pleasure to deal with. Care and time taken to explain proper maintenance. Will be my first call going forward for duct cleaning and will also use for carpet cleaning in the coming months.

    Carpet cleaning

    Cleaned our stairs and hall carpet from a number of pet stains. Thorough, punctual, and friendly. Second time we have used them and will again. Highly recommend for efficient service.
