    carpet cleaning

    I've used this company twice. Once was to clean the carpets before I moved into my apartment and the second time was to clean the carpets at my grandmother's house. I found that the company representative was extremely polite and professional. They did an amazing job on the carpets in my apartment and at my Grandmother's house. I have recommended them to family and friends and I know that my Grandmother has done the same.

    Detox Carpet Clean

    I needed a condo move out carpet cleaning urgently. This company accommodated me while no one else could. Ruby, the scheduler spoke to me on the phone and gave me a verbal estimate and then emailed it to me with instructions. The appointment was at 2:00 p.m., however the technician showed up at 2:30 p.m. due to traffic. Ruby left me a voice mail to say he was delayed. Daltony, the technician was very professional and did a fine job detoxifying and steam cleaning my carpet which now looks very good. I would highly recommend this company without hesitation and would definitely use them again.

    carpet cleaning

    Mathew just left after cleaning our master BR and the lower hall/rec room, which had been cleaned by another company a week ago with very disappointing results. Mathew took the time to review the state of the carpets, recommend his approach and took care with his hoses and put down runners etc. When he asked us to review the finished work, we noted a slight shading in one area, which he immediately volunteered to redo. Great job with terrific customer servicve. Would highly recommend.

    Duct cleaning,Upholstery cleaning and tilels and grout cleaning

    They were extremely professional and courteous, on time and did a very good job with our tiles and sofa.I will recommend them to our friends and family in a heartbeat.

    Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

    carpet cleaning

    We own several rental properties and, for one of our locations, the main carpeted hall stairway needed major cleaning: the stairway was HEAVILY soiled as it is a high-traffic area and had not been professionally cleaned in over 15 years. (Some larger, ugly stains looked like oil and I almost certain some of those stains would be impossible to remove). In the past, we had used other carpet cleaning companies (when some of our other rental properties needed carpet cleaning) but were very dissatisfied with their services. in fact, in one scenario, the company even damaged an expensive area rug. My experience with 416-SO-CLEAN has been nothing but positive. From first contact, Adel provided an accurate quote and even adjusted the work hours to meet my specific scheduling needs. He was so confident in the quality of the work that he even guaranteed my satisfaction or my money back! The technician, Dalton, was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. Most importantly, at the end of the service, the stairs looked and smelled almost like NEW. ... even the large oil-like stains had virtually (almost magically!) disappeared. I was thrilled with the results. It is true the cost is somewhat pricier but their superior results and customer service merit the cost. I would absolutely not hesitate to recommend them to family or friends.

    Carpets Cleaned

    I was very pleased with 416 So Clean. I called last week, was given a very thorough estimate and an appointment that worked with my schedule. They called the day prior to confirm the appointment and were on time the next day. They did a thorough job and were very respectful of my property by using booties and runners. They were not the cheapest but I did my research on Homestars and picked them.

    From the moment I called and spoke to Ruby for a quote, to Daltony leaving my house, the service was excellent. This company earns top marks by being an amazing communicator...you know what to expect, and they deliver. Top notch service from beginning to end. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

    Duct, Dryer Vent Cleaning and Carpet Cleaning

    I hired this company to steam clean my carpets. From start to finish the service was quite professional! The arrived right on schedule. What impressed me right away is that they laid down mats for the hoses to maintain the safety of my floors, and they covered their shoes with protectors. Everything was done quickly, thoroughly and efficiently! The follow-up call to make sure tat everything was completed to my satisfaction was most appreciated. I then called them back in to clean my ducts and dryer vents with the same experience and result. They will have my business for cleaning services from here on in!

    Carpet Cleaning

    As a business owner I value others who are also client-centric and set up processes to ensure a great customer experience. 416-So-Clean has met my gold standard. I used their team for the first time last week on a small client project, and was very impressed start to finish. Communication is excellent including the service crew, and the quality of workmanship including set-up and exit was flawless. I will be referring them and using them again myself for my real estate and relocation clients. Good job team!
