    Carpet cleaning, uphoslstery cleaning, window cleaning

    I was so impressed with this company! I requested a quote from their website, and was called back within 30 minutes. Adel and I discussed what I was looking for, and he gave me a quote for what I asked for, as well as several options for packages - one of which I ultimately chose. The work itself was top-notch - my carpets have never looked better! But what really stood out for me was how professional and customer-service oriented they were. Communication was clear, they did what they said they would do, there was follow-up to ensure we were satisfied. I would recommend 416-So-Clean to anyone, and will definitely be using them again myself in the future.

    carpet cleaning

    Matthew, from 416-So-Clean, was prompt, polite and did an excellent job with cleaning the carpets. He was carful and took his time. The stains were removed with one exception, which he explained and spoke to me about. I got a follow-up call from Ruby letting me know that if I should call if there were any problems. Excellent service!

    Carpet Cleaning

    This is the very first time we have used 416 so clean's service. We found them on homestars website and based on the reviews we were so sure that this was the company for us to go with. Our technician Matthew was so punctual, professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He explained everything about the process before he started, and finished his work on time. We are very happy with the results of our cleaned carpet, and we will definitely recommend 416 so clean to all of our friends and family. Special thanks to Ruby for her outstanding customer service.

    Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

    So Clean was on time, courteous, reasonably priced and competent. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to a friend and I will continue to have them back to my home for carpet and upholstery cleaning. I couldn't even believe my eyes when I received a Thank You note from the company, thanking me for my business - now that is customer service!

    Carpet Cleaning

    This is the second time that we have used this company. Our second experience was just as positive as the first. I was able to book on a Monday for a Friday appointment. The technician was on time, took less time than estimated, and the results are great!

    Area Rug Cleaning

    I have nothing but positive words to say about this company! They showed extreme professionalism from start to finish! It's very clear they're customer oriented and the quality, service and price were second to none! I found them on Home Stars and everything you're reading about them is true to the word! Matthew and Ruby were very professional and I'd definitely contact them or feel comfortable recommending them to family and friends! I've found the company I'll be using from now on when I need home cleaning services! Thank you all at 416-SO-CLEAN for a good experience!

    Carpet Cleaning

    Matthew and Carlos were on time in spite of it being a cold and rainy Saturday morning. They asked us for questions and concerns, explained the procedure thoroughly and then got on with the job. They were very clean, respectful of our property and efficient. Once done, they showed me a couple of spots they were not able to remove. In spite of that the carpet looked very good. I highly recommend them and will certainly call them for a repeat visit.

    Air duct & Carpet Cleaning

    These guys were really professional and I would recommend them. They made sure that after the clean up I was satisfied with the service. The pricing was fairly reasonable. You even get a discount when you do two services which is what I did. My carpets felt cleaner and they even changed my filter for me after the air duct cleaning. Thanks guys!

    carpet cleaning

    Excellent carpet cleaners! The wall to wall carpets in my entire house, including two sets of stairs, are now clean and fresh, and they even managed to get some old pet stains out! The staff who came to my home (Dalton and Carlos) were polite, thorough, efficient, professional, and very pleasant to work with. The communication with the office staff, Adel and Ruby, was outstanding. This company is highly professional, and provides excellent service for a reasonable price. I was even able to get an estimate online, and I was also able to book an appointment, at a time of my choosing, within a few days of my initial enquiry. I will definitely hire them again when the time comes, and would highly recommend them to others.

    Carpet Cleaning

    I called 416-SO-CLEAN after the last company i used cancelled on me twice. I spoke with Adel and with extremely short notice (2 days prior to a long weekend) they saved the day. I will continue to use their service and refer them to anyone that I know that requires this service.
