    Carpet cleaning

    My experience with 416-SO-CLEAN was excellent from the beginning. When I first called, Adel listened to my concerns about my basement carpet (water damage and pet stains) and talked me through the best and most affordable approach over the phone. He suggested removing the underpad where the water damage had been and replacing it with new underpad which was easy to pick up from Home Depot. The technician Matthew was also great - he was kind enough to lay the underpad I had purchased and our basement carpets look and smell much better. I really appreciated the professional yet personal experience with 416-SO-CLEAN and would use them again in the future.

    Carpet Cleaning

    I highly recommend 416 SO CLEAN, just got my carpets cleaned after my toddler had spit up, dropped food, and soiled our carpet. They were able to get the stains out I was not able to get out myself! After reading the amazing reviews I thought I would give them a try and it was so worth it. I will be using them again in the future. Thanks Daltony for doing an amazing job!

    Carpet and duct clean

    They are very accommodating, efficient, and professional. Daltony called 15 minutes prior to the appointment time to let us know that he was on his way. After he arrived on time, he explained the scope of work, approximate duration of the work, and did a walkthrough after.

    Carpet Cleaning

    I found 416-So-Clean on Homestars and booked my appointment with them based on reviews and their rating. They did not disappoint. Booking was easy! The technician was punctual, professional and friendly. He took me for a walk-through after completing the service, to ensure I was satisfied - he did a great job. Not 5 minutes after he left, I received a call from Ruby to confirm that I was satisfied with their service and that all was ok. In a world where quality and service seem to lack, this company is doing it right. A week later, I received a thank you card from the company with a $10 gift card to donate towards charity - way to go guys - love this! I will definitely use them again for the many other services they offer. Thanks for a pleasant and easy transaction!

    carpet cleaning

    My first, and not last, time using this company! They were fantastic -- arrived promptly, very respectful, took great care to protect my home (the little booties they gave us was a great touch!), finished early and did an absolutely stellar job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Daltony & Carlos were outstanding, thank you so much.

    carpet cleaning

    Matthew took great care to firstly protect our hardwood floors before bringing in his equipment, and then did a great job. He breathed new life into our very old carpeting and I'm sure I couldn't have gotten anywhere near this result with a rental unit. We were so pleased and will use SOCLEAN again.

    Carpet cleaning

    Matthew arrived promptly and did a thorough job on our three bedrooms, hallway and two sets of stairs. He even got one particularly nasty stain out which I couldn't remove with my carpet cleaning machine. He was courteous and explained what to expect from the cleaning. I got several quotes and the price was mid-range yet reasonable.

    Carpet and upholstery cleaning

    This is the second time that we ave used 416-So-Clean and I would not hesitate to use them again. I received a very quick response to an email request for an appointment and everything that I was told in terms of the time, the advance confirmation and the way that the service would be done was followed to the smallest detail. The technician arrived on time, was polite (yet friendly), very respectful of our home, walked through the services with me both before and afterwards and thoroughly cleaned up after himself. Te next day, I even received a follow-up call to ensure that I was satisfied.

    Cleaning of broadloom, upholstered furniture

    Stair carpet cleaning & basement carpet

    The reviews here are accurate - I can highly recommend 416 So Clean without hesitation. Daltony and Carlos were kind, professional, and did a wonderful time in less time than expected. Our wool stair runners look great again. I'll definitely have them back.
