    Carpet Cleanig

    Fast, efficient, thorough, professional! Exactly as promised ahead of time. I would not hesitate to use them again. They arrived on time and were finished as per schedule. Overall a great job.

    carpet and sofa cleaning

    This is the second time I have used this company to clean my sofa and area rug and am very impressed with their level of service. I have two dogs and they leave some pretty challenging stains. The technician was punctual and professional and neat. Unfortunately there were some scratches in my hardwood floor that occurred when a heavy table had to be moved. when I mentioned this to Adel he assured me he would take care of it and he was true to his word and brought a hardwood floor specialist to the house to fix the problem. My carpet looks like new again and the floor has been repaired. Ruby is great at keeping in touch to advise of arrival times and a follow up call to make sure all is satisfactory. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use their services. Lori Bailey Toronto

    Carpet cleaning

    I was very satisfied- the guy from 416-so-clean was great, he did a very thorough job and provided excellent customer service. I am 100% happy with my choice. My carpets look great. I would recommend this company and will use them again.

    Mattress cleaning

    They were easy to book with, and then for the appt, they were prompt, friendly and professional. Efficient at the work, respectful of my space, and I was thrilled with the results. I've used the service twice, thank you so much!

    Carpet Cleaning

    We are repeat repeat customers! They are always friendly and punctual and do an amazing job. They concentrated on heavy traffic areas and spoke to us about the stains before hand and showed us the results after.

    416-so-clean

    I'm moving into a new home and wanted to ensure that the carpets, ducts and vents were as clean as can be. 416-so-clean provided fantastic service. They confirmed in advance exactly what I wished to have done, and on the day of cleaning they were punctual, courteous, and gave clear explanations. They also ensured that I was completely satisfied. A great experience.

    Carpet and upholstery cleaning

    Fantastic company. This is the second time I have used them and I will continue to do so, more often now that we have two children and need the additional cleaning. The communication and service is outstanding!

    Carpet cleaning

    When I saw the hype positive rating and reviews for 416-so-clean, I actually became suspicious! My thought was "how good could it possibly be?". But after some more research, I decided to ignore that sub-conscious thought and hire them anyways. It was the right decision! Cleaning was great but it's the extras that set them apart: Great communication before, during and after. Everything was well explained. The service person was courteous. They check up after to confirm satisfaction... the list goes on and on. In the end, a very well run business that I would reco and easily use again. They just happen to also excel at social marketing!

    Carpet & Grout Cleaning

    Prompt, courteous - and a job well done. 416-SO-CLEAN came and went without much of a fuss - they cleaned the grout in the powder room, which is now a gleaming white - and the carpeting that had taken a beating from the dog. It's clean - looks almost new and, did I mention, clean? Great job - thank you! And I'll see you next time.

    Outdoor Cushions

    Our outdoor cushions are very nice but they were filthy, and had been accumulating a good amount of dirt for a few years. They also had cat & other animal hair & urine stains. Daltony did an amazing job, and was extremely friendly and professional!! He made our cushions look like new again, and they smell wonderful! Now we can finally use them again. Would definitely recommend this service to anyone.
