    Carpet Cleaning

    416-SO-CLEAN did a great job! They were professional and friendly. I especially liked that they did not push unwanted/ unnecessary services on us. They were honest about their recommendations and let us decide what was the best option. We are very satisfied with how clean our carpets are. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

    House Move Carpet Cleaning and More

    I first and foremost have to say a big thank you to Ruby as you are incredible!!! The staff at 416-SC are fantastic across the board and they made a concerted effort to meet a very short turn around demand with grace and understanding. Ruby maintained constant contact and updated / confirmed regularly to ensure that a "next day" request could be accommodated. Day of, Daltony arrived and went straight to work. Incredible effort in a very efficient manner with a focus on caring for every step trod in the house and all delivered with a smile and incredible results. To add, 416-SC also addressed the tile et al, in the bathroom so truly provided a wall to wall solution. Won't consider anyone else for my future needs in this realm. Thanks 416-SC crew, you are awesome.

    Carpet Cleaning

    Time to bring So-Clean back for my spring cleaning. Recommended by my carpet installer, I've been using So-Clean for several years now semi-annually. They are so easy to work with, always very accommodating with scheduling. Crew are always a pleasure to have in my home. I'm always amazed how good the carpets look when they are done... like the day they were laid. I always appreciate (and use!) the spot cleaner they leave behind. Thanks!

    Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

    We were having every piece of furniture in the house cleaned (couches, chairs, etc), the stairs, and all of the broadloam. This was a large job that deserved a large window of time, but we felt that the service was rushed. For example, there were pieces of dried food still on the couch cushions, and some areas of the carpets that were not even touched. We also have 6 permanent indentations in two high traffic areas that have been left from their equipment. We were ensured that these would disappear over time, but they have not. Now we are forced to look at these horrible indentations repeatedly throughout the day. While the owner of the company came to check out the job following our complaints, we were still left with an unfinished/unsatisfactory job, and these indentations are permanent reminders of damage done to our carpets. While we were not looking for any handouts, no offer was made to make this damage right by way of discount to what we had already paid for the service. While we were very happy in the past with this company, we are quite dissatisfied now, and will go elsewhere in the future.

    carpet cleaning

    I had them come over and clean my carpets today, I have to say I was very impressed. job well done! they show up on time and were very polite and friendly. the carpets look like new again!! I will definitely recommend this company to my friends

    Carpet & matress cleaning

    I needed to have my carpet and matress cleaned up after I moved into my new house. I found this company through Homestars.com and was impressed by the reviews. When I first called to get a quote I noticed that they were very friendly (I think I talked to Adel). Being friendly is not complicated but it's not always the case when you call a company to get a quote. The guy who did the job showed up on time, he did a good job with the carpet (3 bedrooms, stairs and hallway). Before doing the matress he told me that it wouldn't be perfect and that some stains would probably stay. Job was ok, but after he left I looked at the matress closer and had the feeling that it could have been done better. I sent them an email the following day, Adel called me back approximately 30 minutes later to enquire about the reason why I wasn't fully satisfied. He sent me an other team the same day, they cleaned up the matress again and I was very satisfied with their job. Adel called me back after the team had left to make sure evrything was okay. He also offered me a 80$ discount on the next service from SoClean. I really appreciated the friendliness and the effort they put in satisfying their customers. This company cares about the customer, and for this reason, even if I wasn't fully satisfied when they first cleaned up the matress, I would recommend them.

    Carpet cleaning

    I am extremely pleased with this service. From being able to book an immediate appointment, great results on the carpet cleaning to the follow up call after the service. This is a great company that I will use for years to come and will recommend to anyone in need of their services. Very impressed!

    Carpet Cleaning

    I called this morning to book an appointment to clean the carpet in my mother's condo. Due to a cancellation, Dalton and Camille were able to come today. They arrived on time, were very friendly and professional and did an excellent job. Even the spots and stains near the dining table and in the areas of heavy traffic were gone. We were very impressed and will definitely use this company again.

    Carpet repair

    I was extremely impressed with this company. Adel has a lot of integrity and was committed to our satisfaction. We called him to help with the repair of a bleach stain, and they began by trying to colour it. Because the dye wasn't exactly the same as the colour of our carpet, Adel referred another company to us to do a patch job, with no additional charges! I would recommend this company to anyone and will definitely use them again. Thank you Adel!

    furniture cleaning

    I was looking to get my furniture cleaned but was nervous about damage being done during the cleaning process as the furniture was expensive. The process was explained to me and the job was done. I could not be happier as the furniture looks like new. I also had a couch in my TV room done even though I thought nothing could be done with it as the dog and I have practically destroyed it. Even this couch looks great. Great work and fair price.
