    Upholstery cleaning

    I had 2 love seats cleaned today and am extremely pleased with the results! Excellent, professional service by Daltony who arrived promptly and was finished when he said he would be. The love seats were dry by dinner time and look like new.....and they're 10 years old. Would highly recommend this company and would use them again!

    Carpet cleaning

    I had the carpets in a 2 unit duplex I own cleaned yesterday and Matt who did the work did a great job. We all know what a mess tennants leave when they move out but after Matt was finished the carpets were like new. I am going to use them to do my home carpets and furniture. The best was that there was no static about calling 10 minutes before they arrived at my rental property; they just assumed that this is what I would want. Did I say great work. Bob

    Carpet cleaning

    Highly professional and courteous staff. I was extremely pleased with the results. My basement carpet is almost 20 years old and was badly stained. After Matt cleaned it, it looks almost new again.

    Carpet and sofa cleaning

    Excellent service! I wanted to clean a large 2-bedroom loft properly before I moved, so I called 416-SO-CLEAN to help. Since the loft is in a downtown walk-up condo, the technician (Daltony) had to carry all of the portable cleaning supplies up several flights of stairs. But he was very friendly and professional the entire time and did a thorough and great job. He explained his process and plan beforehand and reviewed it with me afterwards to ensure my satisfaction. I also appreciated his attention to detail - like carefully moving items to prevent possible damage, leaving booties for me to use while the carpet dried, and providing hints and tips about maintaining and caring for my carpet and sofa afterwards. Will use this company again and recommend to others :-)

    cleaning of area rugs, broadloom, stairs and upholstered chair

    The service was extremely good. The end result was better than I had expected as the carpets had stains I did not think could come out. The person who came to the house was on time, pleasant and very efficient. I was extremely pleased.

    upholstery cleaning

    Great company, great people great work. Matt from So Clean was willing to clean a rug that I hadn't added on the job quote. No problem he said - He brought the area rug up from the basement, cleaned it and put it back. He also did a wonderful job on my couch and chair, I would definitely use this company again.

    Cleaning of hallways and stairs

    I love this company. This is the second time i have used them and they do a great job. The service guy was friendly, efficient and hard working. I would recommend them anytime!!!

    Carpet Cleaning

    Excellent Customer service. The cleaners Dalton and Olga were very professional and friendly. They did an excellent job. I will use them again. I liked that they emailed a copy of the invoice to me ahead of the appointment so I knew how much the job would cost.

    Heavily Soiled Basement Carpet Cleaning

    They did a great job! Our basement carpet was in rough shape from pets and high traffic - but it looks great now. All the stains and discolourations were removed. The service time was about an hour and the carpet was dry within 6 hours. Overall the company was very professional. I appreciated the cofirmation email outlining the service, what to expect before/after and a copy of the work order. The technician Matthew arrived promptly, was professional and thoroughly explained everything. In terms of getting a quote, they were very helpful and quick. The service booking was quick and flexible. Great job - I would highly recommend them!

    carpet cleaning

    SO-CLEAN cleaned the basement wal to wall carpet and many stairs. I appreciated that they called to tell me that the technician was on his way. He arrived within 30 minutes. He asked if I had any particular concerns beforehand and for me to check the work when he was done. He was friendly and courteous. All stains were removed and the carpet looks great. I would certainly use their service again.
