    Upholstery and rug cleaning

    Outstanding service - great advice on the phone before even seeing the upholstery and a fantastic job done by the 2 young men who came to do the work. Very professional and easy to deal with, I will definitely use them again.

    Cleaning severely stained carpets

    Great service and great effort, but the results were unfortunately not what I was hoping for. When I first called, Adel was kind and reassuring while I explained that I was dealing with a 30 year old house that had been abused beyond description, which I have to prep for sale ASAP on an extremely limited budget. Despite my explanation, he seemed confident that the job wouldn’t be a problem, so he gave me a reasonable quote and we scheduled an appointment. The technicians who came to the house were extremely personable and professional. Once inside, Matthew’s first question was “what are your expectations?” and he quickly let me know that it was unlikely that they would be able to remove the carpet stains even with their strongest chemicals, and he gave me the option to discontinue the cleaning once the first room had been completed. I opted to have them keep going, and the cleaning made a great difference in terms of dust removal, though the stains are still visible in every room. Of course, I absolutely appreciate that they did their best and I would recommend their service to others who are dealing with everyday wear and tear on their carpets....but not for those who are hoping for a miracle in carpet stain removal. Again, they did their best and I am very thankful for that.

    Carpet Cleaning

    I used 416-So-Clean a while ago to clean the carpets in my home and also my cars. I must say they were very professional and very thorough as well. They meticulously attended to every stain on my carpets and also ensured that the carpets were relatively dried before they left. I have used other cleaning companies before but must confess that I have never seen this level of attention to details. I have already recommended them to other friends of mine

    office and house carpet cleaning

    Thank you guys for doing such a great job cleaning our carpets, they look great. The air in my home and office is so much better thanks to you. Mathew was fast, efficient and really did a great job. I would highly recommend your services.

    Dog vomit out of area rug

    We owned our area rug for a grand total of 3 weeks before our dog threw up on it. We contacted 416-So-Clean to remove the stain and Adel and Daltoni were at our door four hours laters. The guys were extremely friendly and professional, paying careful attention to not only ensure the rug was 100% cleaned but to also make sure that they didn't dirty the rest of the house with their equipment. I recommend 416-So-Clean without hesitation.

    Carpet Cleaning

    Thank you So Clean for cleaning my carpets last weekend. With a baby on the way, I knew I could trust your company and clean products to get the job done right. The technicians were courteous and clean and arrived in the allocated time and completed the job in the estimated time. They answered all my questions and concerns and provided tips to keep the carpet clean. Thank you again and I will definetly recommend your services to family and friends.

    Carpet and area rug cleaning

    416-so clean was professional, prompt and very careful with my carpets and furniture. They did an excellent job with our basement wall-to-wall, and also picked-up and delivered a large oriental for cleaning. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

    Oil Stain

    Moving company left a big oil stain from their trolley on my freshly cleaned carpets. Called SO CLEAN to come in and remove as I didn't want to leave this stain for the new home owners. They completely removed the stain and like last time, very professional. Most impressed with their staff and their professional approach. Now I get mail from them with coupons and good advice, such as how to remove pet urine. I like that sort of information! Would never think of using another company again.

    Carpet cleaning for two rooms and mattress cleaning

    Excellent service and really took the time to explain carpet cleaning maintenance and prevention. Very professional, used runners and pads on shoes to keep the house clean and free from dirt. The clean was impressive, but the service was beyond professional. Great way to keep return business. Highly recommended! We had deep dark stains on the carpets before... after, everything was 100% clean and spotless.

    Carpet Cleaning

    416 So Clean did a great job, Adel and Raphael were very professional and courteous. Carpet looks almost brand new considering they are over 10 years old. I would definitely recommend them. Thank-you.
