We are thrilled with the results of So-Clean's team. The owner, Adel, visited our home, inspected the work to be done, answered our questions genially, and gave us an excellent price. He reassured us of the non-toxic chemicals which his company uses. Adel took small carpets away with him to be cleaned at his shop, returning them the following week. His workers arrived as scheduled and cleaned furniture, carpets and broadloom thoroughly and efficiently. They cleaned up when done, leaving our home sparkling. The company takes pride in their service and followed up with a phone call to ensure our satisfaction. We will continue to use their services and recommend them without reservation. I had every intention of becoming a repeat customer of So Clean. However, a second appointment with So Clean, which they failed to keep, has taught me to look elsewhere as a result of So Clean's terrible customer service. I had booked a second cleaning with So Clean and, during our discussion as to appointment times with the owner of the company, I disclosed that I would be driving in from out of town after attending the funeral of a close family member. I had also told the owner that, since the few spots on the carpet which required the cleaning had now been there for two weeks, I very much wanted the appointment in the event that the stains would become permanent. Frankly, I just needed the carpet dealt with. After driving several hours back to Toronto to keep my appointment, I noted that So Clean had called a few hours earlier and left a message to determine if someone would be available at the house at a time earlier than the scheduled appointment. When I called So Clean back and spoke with the owner, I was informed that, having not heard back from me and not wishing to wait the two hours to honour our scheduled appointment time, they simply left and decided that they would send someone out tomorrow. While I understand that appointment times can shift as a result of vehicle issues or delayed appointments, I have trouble understanding how a company in the service industry can fail to keep scheduled appointments, especially knowing the unique circumstances of their client at the time. Moreover, when the owner argued his point with me, he stressed that I should have called back immediately - notwithstanding my unique position. I hasten to point out that So Clean has, on two occasions during our short history together, failed to call me back when they said they would. I am happy to report that I have booked an alternate cleaner. Never again will I put myself in the hands of So Clean who apparently fails to honour appointments, not wishing to wait around to keep the time they had agreed to, and berates their customer for not calling them back immediately, notwithstanding that the customer has gone through a great deal of effort to ensure that they themselves would be at the agreed time and place. Hardly stellar customer service.

Based on other homestar reviews of this company, we asked them to clean the carpets in our recently puchased home before we moved in. We are very happy that we did, because their cost was reasonable, they were professional and efficient. They were even able to remove some old paint stains that were in the carpet as well. Would definitely recommend and use them again if needed.

I have 3 cats and 1 dog. My dog has had many "accidents" over the years and the upstairs broadloom had serious stain and odour problems. I had an extremely bad experience with an unreputable carpet cleaning company a couple of years ago and was hesitant to use anyone again. I am happy to say that 416-So-Clean did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets upstairs and in my basement. I can't believe how good the carpets look now. I'm very pleased with the results and will definitely use them again and again.

We knew the house we bought was going to need some TLC, but I was foolish enough to think I could clean the carpets myself. I was ready to rip them out and get something else installed, but one of my new neighbours recommended these guys. All I can say is wow~! Adel did an amazing job, and the carpets look like new. So much cheaper than replacing them. Highly recommended.

Just moving in, this carpet was disgusting. The basement and upstairs carpet was in rough shape. They had pets and possibly farm animals ;) Needless to say these guys came in and brought the carpet back to life. The place smells better and the carpet just looks new. Great work, would totally recommend.

The previous owners of the house where we just moved has pets. I have a little baby and so we searched for a reputable carpet cleaning company. We found 416-SO-CLEAN in Homestars and is very satisfied with the work they've done. The cleaned the carpets very thoroughly and asked me to double check before they left. Our carpet looks and smells brand new. Highly recommended.

So impressed with the service and professionalism of Adel, and Mathew when he cleaned my carpets. They were in rough shape after a water leak, but now they look BRAND NEW! I paid more than I used to with another company but SO CLEAN did a much better job. It was well worth the money and I would definately call them again. (Mathew even got out some rust-really unbelievable)

Adel and his crew did a great job on my carpet in the basement and my area rug! I have 2 dogs that track in a lot of dirt and 1 very messy young child who is constantly spilling everything! But after Adel came over, my carpet and area rug looked like new! They were very professional and super nice! They even moved all the furniture around! I know some companies either charge extra for that or don't even do it as they will basically clean "around" the furniture. Not Adel and his crew - they moved EVERYTHING! I was extremely happy with their work! Thanks Adel and 416-So-Clean! I will definitely use them again!

We have used Adel many times to clean our carpets, and he is always very professional and thorough. He takes the time to ensure the toughest areas are handled properly to our satisfaction. His prices are very reasonable and my carpets always look like new after he's done.
