Mathew came to the house and did an excellent job on all my furniture and hall rug. This has been the best job that I have every had done by a professional company. The service and the courtesy from Mathew was outstanding.

Matt and Adel came on a Saturday morning exactly when scheduled and spent about 6 hours extensively cleaning all our carpets and upholstery. They took away one Persian carpet for special cleaning and brought it back 5 days later. The level of professionalism was very high. They were polite and communicative and took care not to damage anything in the house. The experience from quote to completion and follow-up was excellent. Thanks guys.

This is the second time I have used 416-SO-CLEAN. Everything about my experience with 416-SO-CLEAN the first time around was a pleasure, so my expectations were high this time. Not surprisingly, I was not disappointed. Matthew and his helper showed up on time, explained the cleaning process in detail, were courteous and very professional from start to finish. Obviously there is a great deal of pride taken in a job well done and other companies could take a note in terms of the high level of service that 416-SO-CLEAN offers as a standard part of doing business. I really cannot recommend them highly enough. I probably should also mention that the quality of the carpet and furniture cleaning itself is second to none, we had some ugly pet urine spots in the master bedroom and they are completely gone and the house looks better than ever. Fantastic yet again!!!

Once again, I was so glad I went to Homestars for recommendations on good company for work needed at home. Reviews for 416-so-clean were pretty convincing and their website was great in understanding what to expect and what options to consider. I contacted Adel for several stain cleaning jobs as part of our planned and unplanned spring cleaning (2 yr new cream-colored carpet 'nicely decorated' by our 10 yr old son when he threw up in the middle of the night on the way to the bathroom, light colored sofa and dining room chairs heavily abused by all kinds of food, drinks crayons and other favorite kids 'weapons', an area rug and a mattress ). He sounded very honest (I do put accent on this) and professional and scheduled a visit in just a couple of days, which was a very nice start, given that sometimes, the contractors highly rated on this site, are hard to schedule soon, because of the demand. The appointment went perfect - Matt called in advance to see if he could even come a bit earlier and he did his work very professionally and explaining in advance what could be done. I liked that he was not pushy to get us to do as much work as possible and was setting expectations properly with what could or could not be done with some of the set stains. We still decided to go for all of the work we were hoping would at least fix some of the damage and be worth his time and our money and were glad we did so, because our expectations were practically exceeded. They even came again when we asked for retrying couple of thoughest and oldest spots we knew could not come out and he really did his best again, even though we had no expectations for those and we are more than happy with what all the items cleaned look like now. Another thing I liked was that at no time, they tried to suggest that they would appreciate good reviews here, which has happened to me in the past, even though I have not been impressed with the service at that time - Adel's team just did their work the best they could and they did fantastic job and probably thought that if we are really happy, we would probably let others know this or that way. Well, besides our friends, I really wanted to let everyone here know that overall experience with 416-So-Clean was simply fantastic and that I gladly recommend them for any carpet/upholstery cleaning work!

Matthew was professional, courteous, on time and did a great job of cleaning light coloured carpets that we had been trying to get clean for years using various products with no success. From now on we will turn to 416-So-Clean to get those stubborn stains out of our carpets. \highly recommended!

Although I can appreciate customer reviews and base my decision on them, I must admit that I have never written one...until today. After a torrential downpour yesterday, I realized that I had forgotten one of our bedroom windows open. Needless to say, my custom ordered silk roman shade was soaked, and a nice vertical water line settled nicely in the fabric as it dried. I had a feeling it was ruined, but just had to try and salvage it. I called Adel based on customer reviews and he came within hours. He confirmed that it would be difficult, but gave it a shot. He worked the stain for over 3 hours, trying different methods when the first and second didn't give him the result he wanted. Being a perfectionist myself, I can appreciate that characteristic in someone I hire to do a job for me. Adel, thank you so much, I was left speechless at the results! There was no trace of a water mark on it....brand new! Oh and thank you for consulting with me about the care and maintenance of my other drapes, and not just trying to make a sale! I will not hesitate to call in the future. Thank you again!

Excellent service, excellent results. Very professional. Would highly recommend to anyone considering carpet or upholstery cleaning. They moved the furniture and took the time to explain what was being done. What could be put back was.

I don't usually write reviews but I don't usually get service this good. I really appreciate being called the day before and the day of to confirm the time of arrival. The service was impeccable. I could not be happier and had no idea my couches could get so clean!! I would highly recommend these guys - 12 out of 10. I wish all service companies took half as much pride in their service that Rafael and Adel do!!

I called Adel on Friday morning asking him if he could come to my house that day to attend to a stain that had happened the night before. Adel came to my home at 6pm after his full day of appointments and did a fabulous job. His work was efficient and professional. The exemplary ratings he has received on Home Stars are well deserved.

Adel and Matthew did a great job setting up the cleaning appointment, performing the cleaning on my basement carpeting and on an area rug which was taken away for cleaning. Adel was very accommodating about the date/time for the return of the area rug (he went out of his way to accommodate my schedule). The cleaning was done well and the carpets look great. Matthew also gave me some tips for future carpet care. All in all, a positive experience. Due to the great service and good pricing, I will be using 416 SO CLEAN again in the future. I recommend them!
