416-so-clean provided courteous, professional and knowledgeable service for my sofa and rug cleaning needs. Both Matt and Adel were very helpful in determining what type of care was necessary for the fabric of my upholstery and to ensure that both items were cleaned thoroughly. Service was friendly, prompt and efficient and I would recommend 416-so-clean to my friends and family!

They came highly recommended from another contractor. 416 So Clean has their pricing options directly on their website, which was fantastic as I knew well beforehand what my cost was going to be. They even have 3 pricing options as well. Matthew came by and so did Adel as well. The job Matthew did was fantastic for the 4 rooms, and I will be asking them to come by and clean the remaining rooms in our place. One of the rooms we did was a bedroom, and the floor in in that room looks incredibly clean compared to the other bedrooms that we left alone. It's a world of difference. Another room had small paint chips on the floor (from ceiling paint earlier) and a few stains too. These were corrected to the best he could and the room now looks like there wasn't any stains there before at a few glances. I wasn't expecting much initially and I was surprised by how much he did actually correct it. Matthew used a big machine directly from his van with a very large and long hose. He didn't make a mess anywhere in the house and laid his other tools and equipment that was in the house on his own mats. He was also very polite to answer about the half-dozen questions I had. I received a follow up call from them a day after, which was appreciated.

It was my first experience to have this service. And It was great, they arrived on time, no mess, I got some tips how to keep the sofa clean. They were great. Thanks for the service provided.

I had several area rugs that needed to be picked up and cleaned after we moved out to renovate. I used Homestars to find a carpet cleaner and decided to try 416-So-Clean. Adel from So Clean was very accommodating, friendly and polite. He even delivered the clean carpets to two locations for me. Great service. I will definitely call him again.

Our basement carpet is a light colour and the stairs were so dirty. The carpet came out gleaming. Matt did a great job and made sure it was to our satisfaction. Great customer service. They even did us a favour by helping us with a stubborn stain in our child's room. They gave us a spot kit for any future stains. We would use them again. Easy to book, and get a quote. Friendly and professional.

We are very happy with the service provided by Adel at 416-So-Clean Adel was courteous, kind, helpful, informative, and gave me the sense of security in the job. The work was done to my satisfaction at a price lower than others had quoted. & the service and support was far superlative to any of its competitors. I highly recommend this company when sending area rugs out to be cleaned! Ours were old, dirty, Persians--alone with a very dirty, thick pile, popcorn rug. Our house is now clean and fresh. Adel helped us put our rugs back in place and moved our furniture back where we wanted it. We will use this service again. You should too! /ml

I called 416 So Clean after I tried, but failed to remove some stains from my hallway carpet. Matthew made no false promises - he told me that I had likely damaged the carpet beyond repair (even by him!) by using "drugstore" products that are not safe for all carpets, and, unfortunately mine! I respected his honesty and was impressed with his efforts to try and restore the carpet to the best it could be! I was very happy with the service!

Matthew did an excellent job quickly and professionally. The berber carpets look like new, I was amazed he was able to make some problem spots disappear. For 2500 sq. ft of carpet, the job was reasonably priced and done right. Thanks again Matthew.

Adel was able to accomodate my carpet cleaning request on a very short notice, Matthew did an excellent job, efficient, professional, carpets look brand new. Even my very picky husband was very impressed. Will use them again!!!

I have had numerous companies clean the rugs in my home but none as good as 416 So Clean. They are professional, efficient and by far the best carpet cleaners I have experienced.
