Phoned ahead, on time, Matthew was very pleasant. Brought a leather chair back to life, cleaned kid gunk off a sofa, got dog gunk out of the area rug. Everything looks great. Excellent service, satisfied customer.

We chose 416-So Clean on Homestars because we were impressed by their great reviews here. We were very happy with their work, they were very thorough in the cleaning but very effecient in time. They were honest because they actually gave us the credit of the work that was over-estimated in the quote. We would use them again and would definitely recommend them to our friends.

Found Adel on Home Stars and picked him based on his outstanding reviews here. Called the week before Xmas 2010 hoping that we could get a very large sectional cleaned for the holidays. Adel was able to fit us in. The sectional (microsuede) in question was bought secondhand and the stains and what appeared to be water rings were not noticed until we brought the piece home. Adel arrived on time, performed a detailed inspection and then gave us a honest report on what we could expect not knowing the details of the stains and if anyone had tried to clean prior. We chose to go ahead as we wanted to have the peace of mind that the furniture would be clean even if the stains stayed on. Adel was very thorough with his cleaning processes and the end result was outstanding! The stains were completely removed and the fabric was bright like new. At this point we chose the fabric protection and now today, 2 months later the sectional looks great, the stains did not come back as they sometimes do. Also at the time of cleaning we had just had new hardwood floors installed and Adel took amazing care not to damage the floors in any way. The workmanship, service and knowledge that Adel provides is not often seen these days and I highly recommend him. Thanks Adel!

We recently had our office carpet fully cleaned by Adel's team. Overall, the appointment was accommodated at last moment's notice and completed thoroughly and professionally. 416-SO-CLEAN is a true "SPECIALIST" when it comes to carpet and Upholestry cleaning.

I had organised for 416-SO-Clean to clean my condo's carpet. My condo made a mistake and only booked the elevator and not loading ramp/bay. 416-SO-Clean came to my condo and tried there hardest to contact me. Unfortunately I couldn't organise parking by the end of the day and I had to hand back my keys. 416-SO-Clean were so nice and understanding, as they didn't charge me anything, even though they came to my place. I would use them again however my new house doesn't have carpet. I really appreciated their service and understanding so I wanted to write this really nice review to say THANK YOU.

Picked up and returned an area rug for cleaning when they said they would and made the rug look great - they got rid of marks I thought would be stains. Also cleaned a chair effectively in an awkward space.

I have cream-coloured carpets throughout my house and over the years we've been rough on them. Other carpet cleaners have tried, but never really lifted stains entirely. Once Adel was finished, I felt like I had just installed new broadloom! He was able to lift a very visible vomit stain that another carpet cleaner couldn't. He also completely removed a red nail polish stain that I thought had permanently dyed my wool rug. Thanks Adel!

The technician was friendly, informative and conscientious...but, after he left and our large sectional sofa dried, we could still see some stains. I followed up with 416-so-clean and the owner, Adel Majd, couldn't have been more accommodating! I explained that maybe those stains were permanent, and if that was the case, it wasn't his problem. He still insisted to come by and give it a second clean OR give me a full refund (and I didn't ask, he simply offered). Adel returned, gave it a second cleaning, and it's great! It's also the kind of customer service I simply don't encounter much these days.

I called this morning and voila Adel was her by 4pm to do my carpets!! Perfect job on some cream wool carpet....meticulous...he also helped us with little tricks and gave us protectors for all of our furniture!! Thanks Adel!!!!
