Wow! I never knew my carpets could be SO CLEAN. Adel from 416 SO CLEAN was extremely professional and did an excellent job an cleaning our carpets. I would strongly recommend the services of 416 SO CLEAN.

416-SO-CLEAN Rugs, Carpet & Upholstery Care provided us with prompt on time service. They were polite, friendly, and professional. They were very effective at cleaning our carpets, and clearly showed an eye for detail. Given that their services were competitively priced and our favorable experience with this carpet cleaning company we will definitely continue to use their services, and recommend their services to our friends and family.

After years of living in the same house, our carpets were getting stained and did not have that luscious feel to them anymore. We tried endless vacuuming and spot cleaning but nothing could bring them back to their "new" appearance and feeling. We contacted 416-SO-CLEAN and from the start, they were an absolute pleasure to deal with--very professional. Excellent service, showed up on time, got out all the stains and used fans to dry the rugs. Protected hardwood floors, wore booties, and followed up with a gift for the dog!

416-SO-CLEAN Carpet & Upholstery Care came to clean my home last week. They were so professional and honest that I needed to write an extra thank you note for going the extra mile and going beyond there duty. The biggest difference that made 416-SO-CLEAN stand out is doing exactly what they have said they are going to do and a little more. The service gentleman came to my place after we spoke, he gave me the free estimate and explained in details what he can do and how long it will take and how much he can restore of the carpet in the basement. He was upfront with every little detail on each section of the house, the basement, the hallway and the rooms. He did the analysis and put it in writing with the estimate before hand. He came on the agreed day to do the cleaning, he was on time, wearing his little booty. Looked very professional, all his machines and truck looked very clean. He did an excellent job with little inconvenience for me and my family. He was so detail oriented specially to the more traffic area and the hallway. He did a super job on restoring the carpet in the basement. He used little thingy under most of the furniture in the house and put some extra fans to help dry the home faster.
