My husband and I recently moved into a home in downtown Toronto and Adel was flexible enough to schedule a carpet cleaning to coincide with our move. The service he provided was professional and the cleaning was thorough. We felt much better knowing that the carpets had been cleaned professionally before we moved our belongings into our new home. Adel took the time to discuss the cleaning services he provided and he made sure to protect the carpets and floors by wearing booties as he cleaned. He also left extra booties for us and provided advice for maintaining our carpets long-term. I would definitely use Adel's services again and I would certainly recommend 416-SO-CLEAN to others.

We had purchased a condo and the carpets looked okay. We had 416-SO-CLEAN come by and we're stunned at how much dirt was actually hidden away in the carpets. When they were finished it was incredible the difference it made. The carpets looked 100% better and are way more comfortable to walk on. I would fully recommend 416-SO-CLEAN to my friends and family for their carpet cleaning needs.

416 So Clean has cleaned are carpeting, our dining room rug, and the interior of our SUV. Their service is superb, both in quality and in attention to detail. The staff was very considerate of everyone in the home, including our dog. I couldn't reccommend them more.

We first tried 416SoClean for our carpets. We were so happy with their service and professionalism that we have since had them clean our couches and our car upholstery. They arrive punctually, and are meticulous and careful while cleaning.

416-SO-CLEAN is the most professional and reliable carpet cleaning business in the 416 area and beyond. When we bought our house, we decided to get it carpet cleaned before we moved in. So we made an appointment with 416-SOCLEAN for the closing day. Well, unfortunately, that day turned out to be the day of the great Tornado in Toronto, August 19, 2005. It took us 3 hours to drive to the new house for what normally would be 15 minutes drive. We thought, oh well, no one is going to be doing any business today. To our shock, 416-SO-CLEAN was there! They cleaned our carpet as scheduled, despite the horrendous weather conditions. Anyone who needs a professional and reliable carpet cleaning service should call 416-SO-CLEAN first.

This year for our annual cleaning, we wanted to use Sears, after our neighbour pointed out that we can collect points, we were lucky that we didn't book till she had her house cleaned, and she was unhappy with the service. So we decided to go back to 416 So Clean, we had used them twice before and we were happy with their service (Adel did both jobs). So we called Adel and booked and appointment, and after the call, we immediately remembered how professional he is, he arrived 15 minutes before the appointment we agreed on, he used plastic shoes covers (reminded me with Bell technician when he came in to setup our Satellite and refused to take off his shoes), he remembered our names and our son name, he spent time explaining carpet and cleaning, which he did the last two times as well. Ah... and after a week passed, he called asking how the cleaning was and if we had any questions. We are very satisfied with his service and happy to see that there are still some companies out there that care about the customer and have that attention to details. These guys are my choice for cleaning

These guys arrived on time (did not have to wait from 9:00 to 12:00). They said 9:30 AM and they were at my place at 9:30 AM. Carpet ended up looking as new. Great job. Recommend them to anyone.

I live in a town home with hardwood throughout with only carpet on the stairs, about 25 steps. The job was not too small for them to take. Our carpet was very well cleaned and the service was excellent. Recommended.
