    Carpet Cleaning

    I was so pleased with the prompt, friendly and professional service I received from matthew and Justen. They were very thorough and efficient and my carpet looks great! Thank so much!

    Sofa Cleaning

    From the initial call with Adel to the cleaning by Dalton & Rafael, all professional, friendly & accommodating. Adel was able to schedule the cleaning on short notice which was greatly appreciated. Dalton & Rafael were punctual, explained what was being done & made a 10 year old sofa look brand new. I would definitely recommend them & will reach out to them next time I need something cleaned. Thank you Adel & your team.

    Small condo carpet cleaning job well done

    So Clean booked a small cleaning job in my condo and showed up on time, the carpets look great and they completed the job on 4 days notice. This is the second time I have used them and recommend them.

    Great polite thorough pleasant reliable carpet cleaning

    They arrived on time and were clean polite tidy and thorough. They kept in touch and let me know exactly what they were doing. I’ve already recommended them to my next door neighbour

    Carpet cleaning

    Overall, a great experience. I was very happy with the whole process, starting with Adel in the office to Matt and Justen who did the carpet cleaning. They are all professional, polite and helpful. Adel sent me a quote prior to the work and the final charge was exactly as quoted (no upselling). I will definitely use them again and I would recommend them to my friends without hesitation.

    carpet

    This company was fantastic to deal with . From the original consult to completion of the cleaning, this company performed in a perfect manner. Matthew and Justen did a great job and were concerned about all aspects in getting the job completed as promised . l will use them in the future and would recommend.

    Rug cleaning

    Your guys did an excellent job. They arrived right on time, went over the work to be done then got right down to work. 90 minutes later, they were done, as promised. They reviewed the job again and were on their way. Tidy, considerate and professional describe our experience with So-Clean. We have already recommended your service to a friend.

    Excellent Professional Service

    Found this company on Homestars. Needed a sectional couch and a mattress professionally cleaned. Based on the reviews I decided to give them a try. SO glad I did. I had two technicians that showed up 30 mins early. Rafael Garita and Daltony Foster were very professional and took the time to explain the whole process. They even wore booties on their shoes to avoid tracking dirt through the house. In a business where there is so many players, up-sellers and last minute quote adjusters, it was nice to know that I paid what I was quoted. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thanks team 416 SO CLEAN!

    Carpets So Clean

    Matt and Justen did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. They were friendly, professional and worked quickly to get the job done. They put down protective mats and wore shoe covers to keep our home clean. They even provided helpful recommendations for pet stain removal and maintenance. We highly recommend Matt and Justen!

    Upholstery and rug cleaning

    I called many fabric cleaning companies for a quote and received no immediate phone call or e-mail response. Some companies did provide quotes but later did not follow-up with me. I quickly learned not every company's communication and customer service skills are the same. It is also worth noting that the companies I did call/e-mail roughly quoted me the same price for the sofa's and rugs that needed cleaning. I selected So-Clean to complete my upholstery and rug cleaning services because they responded to my phone call immediately, they collected my information, and scheduled an appointment on a day and time that was convenient for me. I also selected this company because I liked the e-mail confirmation and reminders. A few days later I received an e-mail reminder about my scheduled appointment, I replied that I had to reschedule it, and I received a reply within a minute. It was so easy to reschedule and rebook an appointment. The day of the service, the gentleman called and notified me of his scheduled arrival. Due to poor winter driving conditions, he did not arrive on time but assured me he would be there within 30 minutes. Upon his arrival, he was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable regarding fabric care and stain removal. We were satisfied with the quality of his work and with his level of service. I would recommend this company to family and friends because of their excellent communication and customer service skills!
