    Duct Cleaning and Couch Cleaning

    Adel and his team did a fantastic job cleaning our ducts! We had recently purchased our house and when I checked the return air duct, it was clear that it hadn't been done in a while. They were quite taken aback (as were we) with how much stuff had built up over a long period of time. The guys doing the cleaning weren't too intrusive and did a very good job. We also hired this company to clean a stair runner and a couch, and we loved the added touch of providing us with little booties to traverse our stairway until it was dry. The only thing I didn't like was that they "santized" the ductwork, but it took a long time for the odour of the santizer to dissipate and go away. It might have been necessary, I don't know - but in future I would ask that this not be done. Otherwise, I will be happy to use them again!

    Wonderful as always!

    Despite a communication glitch (for which I was given a discount) everything came together and my carpets are fabulously clean again. Matthew and Justin were professional, efficient, kind and considerate of my home. Thanks for organizing this for me Adel. I have been using this company for the 6 years I’ve lived here and would highly recommend them!!

    Carpet Cleaning

    I found 416-SO-CLEAN on Home Stars....and wanted a company who could get in, on short notice over the holidays, to try to salvage our stairway carpets and a couple of bedrooms that have seen much better days! Basically, buying some time before replacing ! Mission accomplished. Guys were exactly on time and explained everything in detail, and even provided slipper covers for our feet ! The carpet looks 10 times better and I rec'd value for the service rendered. Would def recommend to anyone and use again when situation arises.

    Carpet Cleaning

    I was most impressed with 416-So-Clean. From the original call I made, I did see them advertise on the internet- with Afeefa handling the booking and confirmation of the booking extremely effieciently. After that, the confirmation of the booking and then the Technicians calling to update and confirm the time - actually being a few minutes early was a pleasure. As well,once Dalton and Rafael entered the home- I was most impressed with their professionalism and good customer service. My carpets do look very good! Extremely happy with all components of 416-So-Clean.

    Wonderful service

    The team that arrived to clean our carpets was on time and very professional. They advised me of the work that was going to done and were considerate and careful with any furniture that needed moving. Our carpets look great! Will definitely be using their services again!

    Highly professional service and remarkable outcome

    Justin and Matthew arrived early (gasp), were highly professional and knowledgeable about the work (carpet and sofa clean) to be done and got to it without delay. They even shovelled a path to my walk out to get their hoses into my basement. The results of their efforts were outstanding and obviously done with great care and skill. I could not have been more pleased. I would most definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quality carpet, sofa, etc cleaning company. Afeefa was also prompt in taking my call to book the appointment, quick with booking confirmation and reminders and generally helped make the process of doing business with 416 very, very efficient and professional. What a pleasant surprise!

    Excellent Service

    They were able to come to our downtown townhouse and they provided excellent service, and were very professional. They were finished in about two hours. Will definitely call them back again.

    Carpet Cleaning

    Matthew and Justin did an excellent job. Our light coloured wall to wall carpets - which were stained - now look like new. They were both very pleasant, courteous and certainly aim to please. We are very happy with their service.

    Rug cleaning

    They managed our expectations every step of the way. The price was initially set over the phone, based on the number and size of the rooms that I told them. There was no haggling or last minute changes when they arrived and saw our home -- happily, the price quoted never changed. Our cleaners were Mathew and Justin, and they told us what spots would come out and what might not. They were very professional, careful, and they did the job in a timely fashion. In the end, they cleaned many areas even better than we thought that was possible. They exceeded expectations every step of the way! Great job, guys!

    On time, quality work and great people

    After two tries with other carpet cleaning companies where they never showed up, I was very impressed with 416 so clean. From the moment I made the appointment with a very pleasant operator, everything went exactly as promised..The crew showed up on time with great equipment and did a wonderful job cleaning our wall to wall and stairs through out the house.. Daltony and his work mate were very professional and completed the job on time with excellent results...I will use So Clean again without question and refer to the company to friends and family... Excellent service and people...
