    Absolutely nothing to complain about

    This company was way better than a competitor we've used before. The appointment was confirmed ahead of time and they arrived exactly when they said they would. The gentlemen who did the work were polite and respectful of my home. They did a fantastic job cleaning two sofas. Cost was reasonable as well. What more could you ask for? Great job!

    Good work!

    Very professional and courteous. They arrived on time, put disposable booties over their shoes, explained what they were going to do and did it efficiently. Best duct cleaning job ever compared to companies I have used in the past. We are enjoying the results. Highly recommend.

    Carpet and Rug Cleaning

    Professional courteous service people. Showed up early and went above expectations and cleaned a couple of extra small rugs for me. Explained why a couple of stains could not be removed (daughters makeup, etc) Highly recommended.

    Phenomenal!

    What a fantastic company. From the moment the appointment was booked, there were no questions or worries that I had. This company was referred to by my sister and the 2 gentlemen that showed up were professional, courteous and friendly. Having to deal with senior citizens can be difficult at times but my mom and dad were very happy and comfortable having the entire process explained to them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work done. Cheers!

    Duct Cleaning

    Adel and Rafael arrived right on time and were courteous, friendly, and professional from the get-go. They explained the whole process and answered all questions we had, and even took care to keep our floors as clean as possible when walking in and out of the house. I would highly recommend 416-SO-CLEAN if you're looking for duct cleaning.

    There is cheaper out there but not better out there.

    Could have got a home depot vent clean for cheaper as they were having a promotion but HomeStars gave them such a good rating that with young kids in the house decided to go for what seemed to be the best. I am glad that I did. These guys were amazing. They went over and above what I expected. I will definitely be going back.

    Carpet cleaning

    Required the carpets cleaned to sell house. 416so-clean came highly recommended by a friend. Made the call and with no waiting had the appointment day and time I wanted. Daltony arrived on time, inspected the job and got to work. Stains that another cleaning company could not remove were gone. I am very pleased with the service provided and will both use them again and recommend them.

    Carpet & upholstery cleaning

    The service was great. He arrived within 2 minutes of the stated time and set up the tubes from his truck, despite it being a longer distance than he had expected. He explained what he was going to do and after finishing pointed out a couple of small stains which he had not been to remove. The cleaning results were actually better than expected. Our stair carpet, particularly, we had noty expected to come up as well as it did and thought we would need to replace it. The cleaning was so good that that will not be necessary. All in all, we're delighted with our experience with 416 So Clean and would not hesitate to recommend them.

    Upholstery cleaning

    From the moment I called 416-SO-CLEAN, to the actual service itself, I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service. The technician was wonderful...courteous, helpful and honest. I would highly recommend this company

    Air Duct cleaning - excellent service

    Company is very professional. Upon booking, they sent an email outlining everything and also asked for an email confirmation which I liked. The technicians arrived on time, and walked us through the process. Our house feels much less dusty and the air quality is better now. Price is competitive to the others I got quotes from. They originally budgeted for more time but finished in 1.5 hours instead of 2.5 hour which was a bonus! Would recommend to others.
