    Miracle Workers ! I will NEVER use anyone else !

    I am so impressed . I contacted a few companies here on Homestars and Adel was the first to get back to me . That was a sure sign of things to come. Within just a few days , 2 Miracle workers dressed as Upholstery Cleaners showed up at my front door , their names were Rafael & Daltony , and for the life of me I have no idea how they were able to transform my sectional couch, huge pillows and armchair back to brand new , but they did it. ..and they smiled the whole time that they were working ! I have a 6 year old & a 22 month old and the furniture was so dirty that even I refused to sit on it. Stains that I had tried in vain to remove have magically disappeared . I am considering this an Easter Miracle !! By the way , 3 days later & my house STILL smells amazing from whatever product that they used . Also , I had them clean my outdoor patio cushions , same reaction . AMAZING ! I will ONLY ever use THIS company , if I could give more than 5 stars for just the personality of the workers I would . Incredible gentlemen . 10 Stars still would not be enough .

    Carpet cleaning

    I have used 416-SO-CLEAN at least three times now and the service has been consistently excellent. The work peson has been on time, very knowledgable and very professional. Most recently, I needed my off-white stair and hall carpets cleaned after having had a renovation done on a bathroom. After inquiring what I thought had caused the particularly soiled areas, Matthew went to work and did a lovely job. I now have beautifully clean rugs.

    Rugs and upholstery on Furniture

    This is the fifth time that I have used 416-So-Clean and I continue to be delighted with their work. I have a 15 year old dog and he is having accidents with alarming frequency. The guys made everything look like new again. They arrived on time and were polite as well as respectful of our home. I will be calling them again for sure.

    Duct cleaning

    I am very happy with the service. Shane was on time and very professional, friendly, efficient. Their customer service was also great. I highly recommend 416-SO-CLEAN to everyone who is looking for excellent service with great price.

    Duct Cleaning

    Outstanding Service--would highly recommend and will use again. Scheduling and an appointment was very quick and easy to do even after calling mid-week in the evening. Phone was answered and did not go to voicemail. Adel texted ahead of time to say he was on the way and arrived at the scheduled time. Crew was very professional, neat with their work and clean (wore covers on their shoes, laid down a floor matt as soon as they came in the door and ran the vacuum piping through the garage instead of through the house). The crew used power agitators deep into the ducting and sealed off all ducts to maximize return pressure as they cleaned each trunk line instead of simply vacuuming at the vents. Sanitization was with Benefect cleaners which are 100% biological with no chemicals. Crew cleaned up and price was less than expected/estimated.

    Duct cleaning

    It went perfectly. The technician called ahead, arrived on time, and was very considerate of our house and our schedules. We were both working from home and needed some advance warning before he needed to work in a room where one of us was on a conference call. He arranged the order of the rooms he cleaned so as to avoid interfering with our work.

    Duct Cleaning

    This is my first experience with a duct cleaning company and I must say I am very pleased with the service I received from 416-SO-Clean. From the beginning contact, Adel has been prompt, pleasant and very accommodating. I had to change my appointment a few times due to renovation and Adel has been very patient. I also have all my questions and concerns answered. Adel and his team arrived on time, worked efficiently and professionally, and again, answered all my questions and shared his knowledge with me. They finished earlier than expected which was nice. Thank you Adel and Shane.

    Basement & Stair Cleaning

    Desperately needed by Basement carpets and stairs cleaned. They smelled from previous owners smoke, and my dogs have not been kind to the carpet either. Love these guys! They were professional, clean, quick, and will absolutely use again. I was extremely pleased with the end result. Highly recommend!

    Duct and Carpet Cleaning

    Duct Cleaning (Shane) and Carpet Cleaning (Dalton/Rafael) were friendly and courteous. True professionals know their work and did it right, in detail, efficient and quick. Finally, Adel gave me a follow-up phone call to inform me the invoice adjustment (a refund to me) due to miscalculation. I was so impressed for his honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend this company for its excellent customer service.

    Carpet and furniture cleaning

    Everything about the experience with 416-So-Clean was professional, efficient and competent. I was given a appointment for the following day. The work was done quickly, pleasantly and my rugs and furniture looked like new. I was very impressed and pleased with my service.
