    Professional and Timely

    Had duct cleaning and carpet cleaning done when I purchased my new home. Shane did my duct cleaning and was professional and punctual. He explained what he was going to do and showed me what came out of the ducts. He also gave me some great ideas to keep things running smoothly. Carpet cleaning was also first class and on time. I believe his name was Matt, asked what my expectations are I knew that they would do a good job. He told me beforehand that some stains would not be able to come out which I knew already. I appreciate the fact that he told me up front when he was inspecting the carpet. He did feel bad that he couldn't get the stains out so he said he would make sure to do a really good job on the allergy relief package we bought along with the carpet cleaning. Since I have allergies in the household it was much appreciated. The customer service from the head office from Afifa and Adel was quick and responsive to all of my questions. Delivered what they said they were going to do at the cost agreed.

    Duct Cleaning Extraordianire

    From the initial quote, which was accurate, to the confirmation of appointment over email, the reminder of the appointment the day before - right up till the technician left the site - the experience was excellent. Shane, the technician, showed up on time and a bit early. Which was fantastic. He went through everything with me first as we walked through the house to identify the heat supply runs and cold air return runs, vents and rooms. No mess, no fuss, and very thorough. It took less than I was expecting which was great too. I can already see the difference. We will definitely be calling them back for our next duct service and referring them to our neighbours. Thank you for the great service and finished work.

    Duct Clean Service

    For the very first time in Canada I am 100% satisfied with the duct clean services provided by a duct clean company. Services delivered by 416-SO-CLEAN were very well executed and I was impressed with their commitment. Shane was the responsible to the services and he made the difference between a service-only and a professional-service. I am now a client and I will request 416-SO-CLEAN for incoming services. So, I totally recommend the company.

    Upholstery cleaning

    Very professional, skilled staff who lived up to their excellent reputation. Were even able to remove old stains off white cotton/poly blend WHITE dining chairs ( which they informed me they couldn't guarantee). I am delighted with the service and results!

    Duct cleaning

    We bought a house recently and needed to clean our hvac ducts as the previous owner had had multiple renovation projects in the house. We saw the good reviews here on homestars, so decided to contact 416-Soclean. Spoke to Adel on the phone and he was able to schedule us on a short notice for a Saturday appointment. They also sent a reminder the day before the appointment, which we appreciated. On the day of the appointment, Shane and Adel showed up 5 minutes early. They did a full inspection around the houses first, identified and showed me all the air intakes/outtakes, and also walked us through the plan before they started the work. Both Adel and Shane also explained to us what they were doing along the way, and answered all of our questions without rushing. The job was estimated to be done in 2 hours with one technician, but because two people came, they were able to do it within 1.5 hours. Overall, we think the team is very professional, from the beginning to the end. Would gladly recommend their duct cleaning service to my friends.

    Amazing experience from start to finish

    From start to finish 416-So-Clean was amazing. The booking process online was so efficient as I made my request around 11:00PM after my dog had an accident on my brand new sofa, the next morning by 9:00AM I had an email response with 2 options for bookings. Once I proceeded with one of the booking times I was sent an outline of the service and a confirmation email. The gentlemen who came were SO professional and friendly, I cannot thank them enough - they did a fantastic job. My couch looks brand new still, the material feels the same and smells even better as the products they use have a soft scent to them. Not 2 weeks later did my dog have another accident on the sofa (health problems) and when I reached out to 416-SO-clean again, not only did they squeeze me in the next day, they didn't even charge me because they had just done it so recently. 416-So-Clean THANK YOU so much. Your team is amazing and my sofa is in perfect condition. I would 100% recommend this company. (I am not one who usually posts reviews so that speaks for itself).

    carpet cleaning

    I recently engaged 416-SOCLEAN for deep carpet cleaning job at my residence and they were on time, and managed to take care of all heavy furniture and belongings while capturing every corner. Rafael and Dal also provided good tips to maintain and ensure long term durability of carpets especially in high density areas i.e. passages, stairs. I’ve engaged individual contractors in the past through Kijiji due to inflated costs from professional services companies, but in this case, I think the services paid for was worth every dollar and at the competitive rate I’ve seen from individuals. I highly recommend this company and will continue to work with them in the future.

    Professional Duct Cleaning

    I moved to my new house (1800 sq) that needed a duct cleaning service, called the company Afifa was very quick to book an appointment for me ,their technician Shane showed up on time, he was very polite and took time to explain everything, it took 2:30 hour to finish his job and left the job site very clean. I definitely will call them back again.

    Everything as expected

    The guy arrived on time and did everything he had to do within the timeframe that was communicated. Very friendly guy, good clean job, he didn't leave any crap behind , Everything done well as one would expect thanks

    Whole home duct cleaning including 4 bathroom vents, dryer vent

    We recently completed a renovation in an 8 year old home. This house had never received duct cleaning before so I knew this was something that needed to be done. I obtained a few quotes from other Homestars recommended companies and ultimately chose 416-SO-Clean as the reviews were good, prices competitive and received good communications. A weekend appointment was scheduled and technician Shane called prior to arrival and even arrived 1/2 hour early. He and his colleague very very thorough and professional; protecting floors; wearing booties in the house. I was extremely satisfied with the service and am very happy to recommend 416-SO-CLEAN to others and would use their services again in the future for a job well done.
