    Excellent Service - thoroughly recommend

    We noticed dust was accumulating soon after vacuuming and so decided to get the ducts cleaned. Adel and Afifa responded very quickly to messages on Homestars and were priced very competitively. Shane arrived 10 minutes before the appointed time and was very hard working, courteous and personable. The job took about 2.5hrs. We have a smaller house and their pricing for 1800sq ft and less was very competitive. The rating on Homestars is accurate (see my previous reviews - I am picky!), excellent customer service.

    Carpet cleaning

    We really appreciate the quality and care of the work from 416-So-Clean. Even our cat (cats love clean) ventured up the carpeted staircase for the first time since a recent reno. Everything has been cleaned thoroughly, the air was fresh, and the carpet feels good to the touch, which is important for me since I spend much time on the floor in a variety of health practices. Thank you so much to Daltony and his assistant Rafael for their professional, pleasant, and sincere attention, and to Adel for his personal response to questions as we made this, our third, appointment.

    Immediate & Thorough Professional Service

    We were in need for immediate carpet cleaning service due to one of our colleagues, whom unknown to him, tracked doggie dew all over our office carpet. I immediately called 416-SO-CLEAN and they were able to fit us into their already filled schedule for that day. Within 2 hours, the technicians arrived and did a thorough cleaning (spray, shampoo, deodorizing, etc.) of the entire office carpet. The result was fantastic and we are appreciative that 416-SO-CLEAN was able to accommodate us at last moment's notice. We definitely recommend 416-SO-CLEAN if you want your carpets cleaned the right way. Thanks!

    Air Duct cleaning for my 7 year old townhouse

    Dino and Shane provided an efficient cleaning and sanitizing of the ducts. They were courteous. Dino also gave some useful tips on my furnace and humidifier. Thank you and well done. See you in three years.

    Duct cleaning

    Very professional staff, they had name tags, they called before they arrived to notify me , polite staff, clean job, they spent good time to prepare for the job, they placed everything back in its place. Oh and they arrived on time, nice touch. Can't really say anything else, I am very satisfied with the service and staff , will recommend to anyone

    Duct cleaning

    Carpet cleaning

    Adel was very helpful and courteous in our phone conversations. Their emails are very clear, concise and informative. When Dalton (the technician) showed up, he was on time, very professional and so helpful with all of my questions about the carpet. From start to finish it was a very positive experience and the carpet looks fantastic!

    Duct Cleaning

    Had our ducts cleaned after a prolonged renovation. SO-CLEAN service was faultless. My wife found the serviceman to be both helpful and polite, and we have already experienced better air distribution in the house post cleaning.

    Air Duct cleaning

    Shane was punctual, efficient, personable and professional. The care that he took to move the equipment into the house, and to minimize the dispersion of dust during the cleaning, was exceptional, and appreciated. The entire cleaning process was explained fully when he arrived, and he completed the job in just under three hours. I felt that the entire experience of researching the best available companies on Homestars, receiving a quote on email, booking the appointment and having the duct cleaning done was first class. Thank you, Homestars, and 416-SoClean duct cleaning services.
