    Job went well. Canadian Rooter was very professional, prompt and appeared reasonable. Repair was completed on May 27,2024. "The wax ring was slit. replaced with new wax ring tested before leaving and works no more leak" Unfortunately, I am having the same issue 1 year later. Repair appears to have been a temporizing measure and am seeking further assistance currently at solving this as of June 2025.

    Excellent Service

    We had an emergency where sewage backed up in our basement. Naz came on a dark, rainy Sunday night. We were in a bind but he gave us a fair price and returned the next day with an efficient crew to finish the job. Very nice people and great service!

    Sewer Line Repair

    Tree roots got into our sewer line and created a blockage. We called Canadian Rooter on a Sunday, locates were completed the next day and then the repair was completed on a Tuesday in about 7 hours. They also ran the video camera up the sewer line to the house and to the street to confirm there was no other damage to the line. This has given us peace of mind. Restoration was done neatly. Very happy with the service and the outcome.

    Upgrade watermain supply line

    Contacted Canadian Rooter as we had preconstruction notification that the watermain on our street was scheduled to be replaced soon. Naz reached out quickly and was supportive in providing us options and a solution that made sense to us given the original location of the water line. His team were very professional and completed the work quickly and effectively including clean up and restoration of the work areas. We are very pleased with the service and would definitely consider them again.

    Canadian Rooter reached out quickly, was supportive in answering all my questions. Provided insight for trouble shooting and diagnosing (before showing up) and showed up on time and finished work quickly. Price was also very competitive. Overall I was very pleased with the service and would consider them again.

    Drain repair and Tile replacement

    Naz came and reviewed my drain problem using a camera in the old clay pipe under my house.... Quoted the repair cist and explained thoroughly what should be done, I agreed and the next day the old pipe under my tiled floor was exposed and the 3 sections blocked were replaced. Within one day the job was completed cleaned up and the drain was functioning properly. He arranged for his Tile Expert to replace the needed tiles and put my basement back together,. A professional job by everyone I was completely satisfied.

    I placed an emergency call and the technician came ahead of the scheduled time. He was kind and friendly and patiently allowed me to explain the problem. He fixed it up very quickly and took his time to clean up the mess. They were also able to give me a quote range ahead of time so I knew what to expect. It was significantly less than a quote I got from another plumbing service. I was very happy with the service and would recommend them.

    Toilet leak

    Anna(coordinator) and Eric ( plumber) were amazing. Very prompt with their response and diagnosing the problem. Exceedingly happy with the service. Confident in recommending this company to anyone needing plumbing. Thanks to both Anna and Eric for the wonderful experience.

    Shut off Valve Replacement / Leak repair

    I highly recommend Canadian Rooter as my experience with them was excellent. It was urgent that I find a professional company to repair a leak in my basement and they reached out immediately after I posted my needs @ Home Stars. They sent a technician to my home within 2 hours. From the customer service (Anna) to their very experienced and knowledgeable technicians... everything was done quickly and precise.
