    Basement drain blockage

    Couldn't unblock and assured me had strongest snake in the market. Quoted on major work to fix the problem. Called another guy unblocked no problem without tearing up my basement.

We wonder: did we under perform back then or maybe you have mistaken our company with someone else. We would really appreciate your feedback and perhaps we can turn a negative situation into a positive. We have done many blocked drains and the only way we can not clear it is if the pipe is collapsed. We also would not charge you for the service if we were not able to clear it.     Slow drain now a fast drain

    He came, he saw, he snaked. We also got a little bit of value-add coaching on what was slowing the drain down, the path of the pipe, etc. Kitchen drain works great now.

    Replaced sewer pipes in basement

    This is not the first time I've asked Naz, the owner of Canadian Rooter, to do a major job (it's an old house....) . He and his crew take a thoughtful, intelligent approach to solving problems. We had our sewer replaced poorly fifteen years ago, and it began backing up in August. Each time it backed up Naz came immediately, unclogged the pipes, cleaned up the mess from the back-up in our basement and advised that we replace the system. With the third back up, we agreed. Naz sent a large team so this very messy and disruptive work was done in five days. The crew put in long days, and we were never without water and drains overnight. In addition, the crew was pleasant, tried to minimize the mess and cleaned up beautifully. I can highly recommend.

    Main drain line replacement

    Canadian rooter was recommended to us by a colleague. We were very well informed and educated about the work to be done. The team of workers worked diligently, tidy and completed in the time line promised. Once winter is over we are looking forward to installing a BWV, back water valve to prevent any fludding.

    clogged toilet

    I called Canadian Rooter after 10 PM and left a message. Naz returned my call within 10 minutes, explained everything and we agreed to meet next day at 9 AM. He corresponded via text to notify me when he was a half hour away and arrived well within the time he said he would arrive. He was really helpful and quick. He really went the extra mile and explained everything as he went so that we felt we could make educated decisions. well done, we've found our go to plumber.

    Backed Up Sewer Line

    I had a backed up sewer line. Texted Naz and made an appointment for next day. Naz as usual showed up on time and quickly figured out the problem. Explained everything and gave a few good suggestions on how to omit problems in the future. Naz is very efficient, knowledgeable and honest guy and I will definitely use Canadian Rioter again when needed

    clogged sink

    I clogged my kitchen sink by accident. Called several plumbers and all of them were either fully booked or no one answered the phone. Canadian Rooter was available for the same day service, showed up on time, quickly fixed the problem. Will definitely use them again.

    clogged toilet

    Excellent, timely and affordable service. I had a clogged toilet in the basement. Called my buddy for advise and he provided me with Canadian Rooter contacts. Gentleman who came in was very nice, knowledgeable and efficient. He got the job done in less than an hour.

    Bathroom plumbing to install dual vanity & shower pipe replacement

    We were thrilled with Phil and his work for the first portion of the job. Last part of the job we were quoted $450 for but Phil has left the company and the replacement Plumber won’t honour the quote, says it is $200 more. Disappointing, we thought we had found a reliable plumber for a few more jobs we have, and for years to come. Not standing behind the written quote from your own employees does not foster any trust.

    Incredible work from start to finish

    I hired Canadian Rooter to replace my 1/2 inch water supply to 3/4 inch. Naz the operations manager came to my home and explained the process. He made me feel comfortable and confident that the work would be completed professionally. The work crew was respectful of my home and surroundings and completed the work in one day. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing this type of service.
