Our toilet was clogged the other day and I needed someone to come over and deal with it right away. Dealt with Naz a while ago and was quite happy with their service so decided to give him a call. Technician arrived within an hour and it did not take him too long to unclog our toilet. Thank you Canadian Rooter.

Canadian Rooter did a great job!! Our drain got clogged and I called my cousin for leads since he works in construction. Apparently he used them not long ago and provided me with their contacts. Jon showed up exactly on time, quickly cleaned the drain and gave a few good suggestions on how to avoid problems in the future. Thank you, will keep your contacts just in case for the future needs/issues. Ben

I purchased a new home and wanted a piece of mind that we were not going to get any unpleasant surprises in our basement, especially during the holidays (like we did in our old house). We found Canadian Rooter on Homestars and based on their reviews called them to come out. Naz returned our call promptly, came out to see us as scheduled and did what he had to do. He went above and beyond by providing us with a few tips on what we can do to prevent any issues. Thankfully we did not have any issues in the drains, however we did discover that we should and will install a backwater valve. Looking forward to this project in a few weeks. Thank you for the recommendation Naz and your honesty.

Canadian Rooter is the only company I use. Naz and his crew have done nothing but go above and beyond for me. I've had them rod out my sewer line several times, they always come the day I call, their prices are beyond reasonable, and the crew is nothing but respectful and polite. I recommend them to all of my neighbors and friends in the area. It is also great to know its family run business! 

My colleague at work recommended this company to me. My work schedule only allows me to have contractors come by on the weekends, and Naz was able to come see me on Saturday afternoon. He cleared a small back up we had and did a camera inspection. Turns out our old house has some old pipes and lots of roots... we are hoping that we will not have any major issues anytime soon, since we are booked to do the drain replacements for November.

Review Title: Back Water Valve Review: I had a meeting with a couple of companies for an estimate for the installation of a Back Water Valve. Canadian Rooter was not the cheapest but the technician that came by was the most professional, knowledgeable and had amazing customer service. I signed up with Canadian Rooter and am very glad I did. Every penny was worth it. The crew came on time, were diligent, polite and tidy. They were respectful of my home. Cleaned up very well and left me with a piece of mind.

A really great crew, and would not hesitate to recommend. Naz from Canadian Rooter came out to do a pre-purchase video inspection of the sewer lines. They provided quick, courteous service, offered great general advice about maintenance, and by far had the most competitive pricing. We were very happy with our choice of contractors.

On many occasions we have had major backups in our spa. We were always told by other contractors that the issue was us using too much water. We had John come out from Canadian Rooter and through his investigation we found out the issue is much deeper than what we were originally told. We had Tree roots that were causing the back up. The team from Canadian Rooter worked hard and made a huge mess that was later cleaned up spotless. Price was fair and overall we were very happy!

We needed major plumbing work in the new house. My only call was to Canadian Rooter. Naz and his assistant was at my house every day on time, and he worked his butt off. He was honest and showed us what he was doing and why, every step of the way. Excellent work and trustworthy company. The only ones I will ever call.
