    Clogged toilet

    I called Public Plumbing after trying to unclog a basement toilet. I was called back immediately and scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me. Naz and Vlad showed up on time, they were very knowledgable and worked very hard to ensure I was completely satisfied with the work they were doing. They removed the toilet, cleared the clog and even offered to run their snake camera through to ensure the problem was solved. I am very satisfied with the customer service and professionalism Public Plumbing provided me with today and will not hesitate to recommend their services. Thanks!

    Main Drain Replacement

    We were very happy with the service we received. Naz was honest and responsive at all times. The team that worked on the drain were excellent. They kept the job site (indoors & out) tidy and cleaned up after themselves each night. The price was fair given the extensive work required that was all done by hand. We can't say enough good things about this company and the excellent staff and we recommend them without reservation. Thank you so much for making this difficult job as easy and seamless as it could be!

    Backflow

    Our back-flow valve needed maintenance a number of times because our city drain pipe was plugged due to tree roots. Walter was very prompt to answer, sometimes after hours, very helpful and extremely professional. Thanks Walter and Team! This is my go-to company for drain work. I recommend them to everyone I speak to.

    Various..faucet installations, toilet leaks

    Strongest asset of company is that they make it a point to come ASAP in case of urgency, no matter what time or what day of the week. Once they arrive, they usually solve the issue in a professional & knowledgeable manner. Reliability could be their middle name!

    Apartment plumbing quick fix

    My tub was backed up and causing a real headache for me and my family. I called these guys after finding them on google about midday. They came the very next morning and within minutes knew the exact problem and how to fix it. Courteous and professional the whole time, incredibly clean, and done in less than 30 minutes.

    Service, Replacement, install

    They gentleman was great to deal with and very nice. I would phone them again on our next upgrade . Very reliable and easy to get along with. Will reccommend to anyone who needs plumbing done.

    Vlad is the best

    We woke up to a basement leak from an unknown source. Vlad came on a long weekend within a couple of hours. He was incredibly professional and in knowledgeable. Before he cut anything open, he told me he thought it could be from a pipe that was punctured by a nail and had rusted through. When he finally did cut open the drywall, he determined he was 100% correct. He explained everything to me along the way, showed me the damage and fixed it quickly. He is obviously incredibly experienced and I have already recommended him to everyone I know. Very satisfied customer - thanks again!

    Fix toilet

    Public Plumbing was quick to respond to my request and showed up the next day. The plumber was knowledgeable and repaired the toilet workings within the hour. He was courteous and polite. I am very satisfied with the quality of work and the price charged. I already recommended them to a neighbour.

    issues with toilet

    Phil did a great job fixing my toilet and I'll be passing along his contact info to my friends.  He fixed it quickly and for a very fair price.  He takes pride in his work and it shows.  You can tell he knows what he's talking about.  I found him to be trustworthy and very responsive.  If I need work done again, he's my guy!

    isses with toilet

    Vlad came to the rescue when my son used the toilet drain as a parking lot for his toy car; he came out and attempted to fix it without having us purchase a new toilet. While the car eventually dominated the toilet and stopped the water from draining, the entire process of replacement (picking out, scheduling the appointment and replacing the toilet) was painless, cost effective and took less than an hour. And he even followed up to see how we felt about the new throne. Thank you for a good job.
