    issues with sewer

    We had to call them out on Thanks Giving day for a sewer back up. They showed up exactly when they said they would, educated me on how to prevent it from happening again, and was in and out quickly. I would definitely use them again, courteous, prompt, knowledgeable, and the price was in line.

    bathroom project

    This is a company that really cares about true customer service and doing the best thing for the customer. Mike and his team were outstanding to work with. I would use Public Plumbing again in a heartbeat. Thank you

    leaking sink

    These guys are unreal. Great prompt service at a great price. I called them at 9 pm on Friday night when i noticed a leak in my sink. I did not expect a call back until next day. They called 5 minutes later and scheduled a time next day. They were on time next day and had everything fixed within an hour. They even walked around and checked all of my other plumbing since i just bought this house and was unaware of any other possible problems. Great service!

    Replacement of shower/tub faucet, spout and shower head

    I had a tub faucet that has for years been a slow dripping leak but over the past 6 months had deteriorated to an almost constant dribble. The sound of it was driving me crazy and my sister always had trouble turning the tap on and off as it was so stiff. Vlad took a look at the problem, gave me some options (a 100 year old house is always a challenge) and I was able to make an informed decision on how to rectify both problems. Vlad did the work in a very clean and efficient manner - which I really appreciated. I just wish now that I'd hired Public Plumbing months ago! Great job! Thanks!

    issues with water backing up into toilet/bathtup

    I had water backing up into my toilet and bathtub at 6 AM and knew that whatever was happening was beyond my plumbing skill. Reviews on Homestars helped to find the right company. I left a message with Public Plumbing and received a call-back within 15 minutes. Explaining my problem, Walter said he would have Mike come out by 9 AM. Mike arrived promptly and proceeded to diagnose my problem. My drain pipes were clay and had roots . After reviewing options I followed Mikes recommendation to replace my old drain system and upgrade it to new plastic sewer line with back water valve. Mike was great! He answered my myriad of questions regarding the project .He also provided a lot of helpful maintenance advice to prevent various plumbing issues in the future. Mike was prompt, helpful, courteous, and I got a good price. If I have any plumbing problems in the future, I will be calling Public Plumbing

    Kitchen clog

    Our kitchen sink was clogged and I was so worried about it. I called Public Plumbing and they sent Mike. He got the job done in a short time and he did it well. I was so happy. I'm from Etobicoke, ON. I don't know why the review shows Patuanak. :)

    issues with plumbing system

    I am very pleased with the service we received from Public Plumbing . I called yesterday to report an unpleasant smell related to our plumbing system. They came out this morning and seemed very polite and professional. They carefully examined the entire plumbing system to identify the source of the problem. Vlad was able to figure out the issue and resolve it quickly, at a very reasonable price. He also took the time to explain the details behind the problem and provide tips about how we can address it in the future if required, without the need for another service call. I would definitely call them again should the need arise

    issues with garbage disposal

    The best thing about Vlad is he quotes by the job ahead of time, not by hours worked. Vlad fixed our garbage disposal and unclogged bathtubs. I am not going to write anymore now because there is enough written already. If you want to know more about Public Plumbing , just read the rest of their reviews, they are all true.

    battery back up system installation

    We had a great experience with Public Plumbing . Vlad was very helpful! He directed us to get a battery back-up system for our sump. He was very timely coming to install and answered all our questions. We will definitely be using them again for our plumbing needs!

    clogged kitchen drain

    I had a clogged kitchen drain. I called Public Plumbing last night and spoke with Vlad . Vlad and his assistant came out this morning to fix the problem. They did a very nice and professional job. Vlad is VERY knowledgeable about plumbing, and his rates are very reasonable. I would definitely use Public Plumbing again.
