    Replacement of water pipe from house to lot line

    naz was perfect – low-key, professional and very reliable. There is always apprehension when you hire someone for the first time. The job was terrific. We were delighted with the service.

    back water valve

    Great service Naz is very organize ,polite and friendly his team are respectful, they did the job fast and clean. I am already recommending him to my friends knowing that they will benefit from this service.

    Plumbing

    Great work and we would recommend this company to anyone they were very polite to us and explained the work to us in detail and went over the costs and all the work

    Trap removal, backwater valve installation

    I would like to express my gratitude to public plumbing for a job well done. Service was excellent - Naz and his team were exceptional. The work was done fast and even the Toronto inspector was complimented on the work that was performed. I am very happy with my outcome.

    Clogged kitchen sink

    We came across blocked sink at our Restaurant last night . I was surprised that from the companies I found no one even responded . After I contacted Public Plumbing I had a call back from Nicolas . He promised to come in 30 min and he did . Nicolas is very professional and clean . I am very happy with their quality service . I will gladly recommend them

    Drain service

    Plumbing repair to basement flood

    This review is somewhat late however important to pay credit to excellent service. We had a major flood due to a old cracked sewer pipe under the basement floor that needed repairing before the insurance company would come out. Basic Pluming has provided service for minor repairs previously and were always very efficient. We did not hesitate to call them immediately rather than shop around. Their staff are helpful and knowledgeable, efficient and work cleanly. Prices are extremely competitive. I have no hesitation recommending Basic Plumbing for any job.

    Shower Leak

    I called Public Plumbing b/c my shower was leaking into the main level living room. Paul from Public Plumbing was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, honest and upfront about what the issue was. He isolated the issue and noted that the plumbing was not the issue but rather the structure of the shower itself. The thing I found the most impressive was the fact that he demonstrated great care for my home. He continuously cleaned up after himself. This was greatly appreciated.

    Backflow Valve

    We used Naz from Public Plumbing to install our backflow value. His crew did great job, worked very clean, were easy to work with and were very reliable. Naz even went out of his way to do a report that my insurance company requested. I would definitely use Public Plumbing again and have already referred a client to them. Thanks again, Naz, for the great work!!

    Flood prevention

    While I am still enjoying the great feeling of security that comes from being virtually flood-proof after Naz, Walter and all Public Plumbing's thoroughly professional crew installed our sewer back-flow valve and catch basin, I happily endorse their efficiency and care. There was no sense of pressure, rush, waste. Explanations were clear, documents were filled out and submitted, the messy job proceded speedily, the city inspector approved the work immediately, and the workspaces were left clean. Very personable team to work with!
