My kitchen tap was leaking causing concern of long term trouble and damage. I called upon Public Plumbing to check my tap and help resolve my problem. The old tap was broken. Public quickly replaced my tap with a suitable (lifetime guaranteed) replacement tap. Problem solved. Thanks Public Plumbing!

The Public Plumbing crew came into my house to fix existing waterproofing that was made wrong. Foreman (Nazar) explained to me everything that was done wrongfully, and promised to do the job right and on time. He also understood my situation, and expences that i had to suffer, and didn't charge me as much, as in other estimates. The guys did their job very professionally, they organized their time properly, and left their place clean after they left. THANK YOU PUBLICPLUMBING!!!

My basement flouded, and it was filled with water in no time. My friend recommended Public Plumbing before so i decided to call them, and ended up being very satisfied. They were there quick (no waiting on the line), came in knowing what to do and how to fix it fast. I called some companies while they were on the way and their price was by far the cheapest. In no time my panick dissapeared and my basement now lookes as if nothing has ever happened.

Very professional and quick! We had a flood in our basement and found out it was the result of sewer back up and foundation leek. These guys came in right away and started working immediately. They were extremely neat and tidy, they showed up at 7:30am and didn't leave until 7pm. There is now no leaking at all and I would very highly recommend using them! John

We experienced a sewer back up and ended up with about a foot of water and other !@# stuff in our basement as a result of the August 4th GTA storm. Some parts of Lakeshore Blvd in Etobicoke were closed due to 2 - 3 feet of water on the roadway. I called the Insurance company as I was lucky enough to have sewer back up coverage. I found out that there was a website for the city of Toronto that detailed a Mainline Backflow Valve. The City of Toronto rebates homeowners $ 1250.00 for this valve if you have it installed by a certified installer which Public Plumbing is. This valve when installed will not allow any back flow into our house via the city sewer line. Its also a Canadian Patented product!! http://www.backwatervalve.com/ I called the company and was referred to Chauncey Builders Supply. http://chauncey.net/ I contacted Chauncey and they recommended Public Plumbing as they had expert knowledge of the product and installation which was evident after meeting with Naz and Walter. I have to say that Public Plumbing called back within the hour after I left a voicemail message, despite the two other plumbers that I called who have yet to even call back now!! Well I wasn't sure what to expect at first, but I was pleasently surprised with all aspects of the work performed. Public Plumbing returned my call within the hour, showed up at the time given, completed all work without interruption and/or delay, respected my home/walkway/driveway by laying down drop cloths through all areas they accessed through, used equipment and methods that impressed me (I have Engineering background), and provided services and material at a cost which was very reasonable (I checked with other plumbers after the fact and they were still about 20 - 35 % below rough qoutes. I would not hesitate to recommend Public Plumbing to my family and friends and now to those who happen to read this review. They truly met and exceeded my expectations. All work was completed before agreed upon date and it is impossible to tell that a major sewer removal and installation was perfomed. The crew that was here sometimes stayed until 7 pm after starting at 8 am that day to complete what was committed to. They truly keep to thier word which impressed me. How many firms can you trust to keep thier word without having all details in writing. All agreements except for the qoutation were on a handshake and Public Plumbing kept all promises. They even put top soil over the location outside my home where a pit had to be dug. Now my wife wants a flower bed made LOL, work for me now. So if you are need of a reputable plumber who is equiped with the latest plumbing technology, give Public Plumbing a call as they are certainly interested in thier reputation. Public Plumbing, installed a toilet, shower and sink rough in, in my basement and moved my current laundry tub from one wall to another. They finished the job in two days like they said they would. The the whole experience was stress free. Naz and his crew did a great job and where very clean, professional and respectful of my home.

I needed to build a washroom in my basement.im a very handy person myself but I wasn’t very confident about underground plumbing that needed to be done. I start searching on Google and the prices were extremely high and then there was one and I try to call them and they made my day. The price was perfect I couldn’t really believe. Recently i had drain back up after the rain i try to use yellow pages but unfortunaly the service was offered by them could only be provided in couple of hours so i decided to go on google and thats how i found Public Plumbing i check there website and then gave them a call. They came in 25 min when the promisse was to come at least in 1 hour.They were great ,I got a very good explenation why I'm having all these problems and what needs to be done to fix it. The crew came next morning and they dig up a broken pipe and after the job was finished i couldnt belive that something was done in my yard.
