    Brick mortar and parting of lower house section

    Nigel, our sales rep was knowledgeable and well versed. Combined with the mason team of John,Michael and Tara we experienced a team of professional skilled hard workers who treated our home repairs as they would repair their own homes. They were polite, clean and considerate of our home and our neighbours. The completed repairs are beyond reproach! So refreshing to find contractors of this high Caliber. Outstanding work. Thank you.

    Foundation Repair

    Highly recommend A & A Masonry. Great service and excellent, professional work. Big shout out to Andres who did a great job repairing a very tricky foundation crack.

    OUTSTANDING

    I was thoroughly impressed and pleased with the craftmanship and service from start to finish. Every person I interacted with was professional, accommodating and eager to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the outcome of the restoration. I needed my top 2 pattern concrete slab steps repaired. One was cracked and the other was unstable, coming loose. They removed the loose stone and relayed the mortor properly. The stone that was cracked was replaced with a nearly perfect match. They also cleaned up the seams on each step going all the way down to the driveway, filling in the mortar joints neatly with precision, going all the way down so that everything looked brand new! Thank you Hayden for coming to meet us to put the plans in place. You were very knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to interact with. Joe, you were very patient and accommodating. William & Alexander you were both so hard-working, very skilled and courteous. We are thrilled with the craftmanship of your work. We are most definitely going to use A&A Masonry again for future Projects!!

    Repair Brick or Stone Wall
    I noticed a crack in my chimney and also some damaged bricks. I cantacted A&A Masonery and they quickly came to assess the work keeping me informed of when the job will be done and the crew showed up first thing in the morning ready to work preparing the area and protecting my neighbors. The job was done to my satisfaction and the crew left cleaning the area compleatley. I will definately use A&A Masonery again.

    new patio and walkway

    A & A Masonry did a great job of our backyard patio and walkway in late July. Thomas and Justin were very easy to work with. It was such a hot week yet they didn't complain and worked very hard. They had to demolish concrete as well as laying a new patio and walkway, everything was done in 4 days. We were also impressed how they took care of our property and cleaned up well after they were done. They worked very well together as a team. They took their time and we are very pleased with the results! Thanks again!

    Parging Foundation - I can see why this company always gets a 10

    The one corner of my house has always been slowly chipping away for years and I decided to finally get it repair after seeing light coming through the bottom of my garage. I contacted A&A Masonry and a sales rep visited my house two days later in the evening. He suggested instead of getting the corner done, I should get parging done to the entire foundation instead and gave me a great deal. Then the following week Christian came by and spend a day and a half in extreme heat doing the job. It turned out fantastic and house looks a lot better. I am very happy with the work that he did. The company is very well staffed and runs like a well oiled machine. Highly recommended.

    Masonry work

    Replaced window sill in 2 storey house with limestone, fixed cracks in mortar and bricks, plus coloured mortar to match brick colour. Jon and Mike from Burlington are fantastic to communicate with and very efficient workers and clean up.

    Foundation, patio and side walkway

    We found A&A on homestars after we noticed cracks in our foundation. We needed a company that would fix it right. After having three companies come out (one place telling us we should just move) we met Nigel and A&A. Nigel came out to the house quickly and was very informative and knowledgeable. Open communication throughout the whole process and there was never a problem getting a hold of them. Nigel, Hayden, Al and Tani walked us through what needed to be done and even reccomedned a structural engineer. Work was done with precision and effectiveness. Once they competed our foundation, we ended up getting our back patio and side walkway done! Loved the finish look. Tani and crew did the work - highly recommend- a true artist. Overall, you pay for what you get. A&A was on the expensive side (their quotes don't include material which they clearly say) but it's a peace of mind knowing you have well experienced professionals working on your house. They were efficient, easy to get a hold off and provided ongoing updates along the way. Well worth the money!

    Building Restoration

    Kim, the sales person from A&A masonry, came out and gave us a quote. Restoration project was complicated but Kim was excellent in answering all of my questions and putting me at ease. Eduardo and his crew did a great job in restoring a 100 year old building. They removed all spalling bricks and bricks with efflorescence. They parged areas that required parging and replaced a limestone door sill, all within 4 days. The work was top quality and done to perfection. I would definitely hire Eduardo and his crew again! Thanks Eduardo for all your hard work and attention to detail.

    Chimney rebuild in Scarborough

    We recently had some maintenance in our area from our gas provider enbridge. As part of completing the job they completed an inspection which included our chimney cap. Due to the poor condition of the cap and chimney in general they shut off the gas. We needed a quick solution. I found A&A Masonry on Homestar. I have used Homestar in the past for several things. A&A Masonry were the 1st to get in touch and fully assess the situation. I already knew it needed replacement and the quote and time frame (within 3 weeks) were reasonable so we proceeded. Remember we have no hot water at this point. Eduardo came on site within a week (exceeded expectation). Eduardo and his team were an amazing display of teamwork and efficiency and were able to complete a rebuild of the chimney and put on a very stylish chimney cap !! All I can say is thank you and job well done !! I included the old and new chimney pics . The attention to details like the brick matching was impressive ! The site was left very clean which was also impressive to see. Great job all around! Gas will be back on soon .. I am very happy with the experience.
