I previously hired a contractor back in April 2015, they started to do work on my front porch which became a disaster. The work was not to code along with them only showing up for short periods of time and never completely the job they were hired to do... I then asked them to leave my premises after approx. 45 days. I started to look for a new company to restart my work, I found A & A Masonry and read the reviews and was quite impressed with them. I would like to take this time to let Andy and Darren know what a remarkable employee you have in Moises. He has done a beautiful job on my front porch rebuilding it and completing it with new stonework and he is very dedicated to the work that he does, he is also quite a wonderful person and I enjoyed him being here doing work on my home during this time frame. The salesman, Steve also provided me with great service, so you should be very proud and happy to have them both work for A & A Masonry. I acquired 4 quotes with all of them begin relatively similar - the difference was in the customer service I received. I struggled with the decision due to cost but Bill remained extremely patient with me as my life situation changed. Once the job began Eugene and Vladimir were again extremely patient with explaining to me my choices as well as going above and beyond to inform me of all logistical progressions. Anytime work is done on one's home it can be stressful and irritating - this company did everything possible to minimize the annoyance of having to do home repairs. Thank you

I am a local handyman and have often recommend A&A to my client that need concrete or masonry work done. Last week, due to our neighbors home which was under renovation collapsed and did damage to my homes brick wall , so I found myself in need of their services. We had numerous damages brick and scaring from the cement blocks that hit our wall. They are a responsive and professional team from the initial sales call to final clean up. We have an older home with unique brick style yet they were able to find an acceptable match. As well as blending in the tuck-pointing. A senior city building inspector was by today and commented on how well the repairs were made and that they are virtually unnoticeable. Our thanks to Andy and Greg for guiding us thru the process and scheduling the work in such a timely manner. Also to Joe & Kyle for a great job on-site. I will continue to recommend A&A with confidence.

I hired A & A Masonry this summer to re-do my front porch/walkway as a result of a previous constructor's poor workmanship. I was very impressed right from the start with their Sales Representative, Dan. He was very eager, enthusiastic and informative throughout the entire process. A & A's workmanship/professionalism exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to Pablo and his team for creating a finished product, which also exceeded my expectations. Very happy with the entire process right from the initial contact. Response time was great and Bill was very helpful in explaining options (went with natural stone) and addressed any concerns I had up front. Special thanks to him dealing with removal and re-installation of porch and stair railings! Jose and his crew were a pleasure to deal with. Spent extra time getting the right stone for the edging and stairs and the quality of work from the stone on porch, stairs and walkway and some other repairs/parging is great. Often wondered about how realistic ratings were on these sites. In the case of A & A they were definitely accurate from my experience. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I was very pleased with the service and product that A&A delivered. The product recommended to me was rubberized covering for the front porch and steps, and they did a great job. It is very apparent that customer service is top priority, from the sales representative (Ray) to the work crew led by Paul. All were knowledgeable, efficient and friendly, and the work was done on schedule and on budget. The office staff are also very helpful. I would definitely recommend this company and would use their services again if needed.

This was the second major project A&A Masonry have done for us. Their technical knowledge of concrete and engineering is second to none. The project manager (Brayton) was very flexible to ensure that we the owners got exactly what we wanted, even after the contract was signed. Finally, the sales representative (Steve) is always available to help with ideas, and follows up frequently as the project progresses and even after it was completed. The result is first class quality and a happy customer. We would definitely use A&A again.

From start to finish working with A & A Masonry was terrific. Moises and his crew did outstanding work and equally as important, he communicated every step of the way.

I Called in for an estimate for a chimney repair. The request was very sudden, unexpected and time sensitive. The very same day I was able to get a very professional and quick estimate from Greg - the estimator was very professional. He explained in detail the repair & restoration process. Andy was very sweet in accommodating us with the exact date we requested. He worked with our request & our schedules. Ronaldo and the crew were excellent in rebuilding our chimney and repairing ground level bricks on the side of the house. The workmanship, high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail left us extremely satisfied. The crew was very friendly and a real pleasure to meet and work with. The chimney, although restored, blended ever so perfectly with the rest of the house. Thank you for the excellent work and making this first time experience very satisfying and a memorable one. We had Brad come in as the third person to give us a quote on our basement that had some leaks. Right away he was able to spot out the apperant issues and that the contractors didn't. He was the only person to recommend internal waterproofing because we had a dug out basement, and the only one who told us that the external waterproofing that we originally thought we wanted could hinder our houses foundation (the house is 106 years old). Since we this is the first major repair we have done to the house we didn't know what to do. But after some online research we found out that his recommendation was 100% on the mark and that the other quotes we got could have caused serious damage to the house. Brad was also able to give us a thorough cast breakdown that included some worst case scenarios so that we wouldn't be caught by surprise. We were worried that we may not be able to have people come waterproof our basement for a couple of weeks but A&A masonry impressed us again and was able to get Dominic and Calum in to work on our basement within 2 days. Dominic and Calum were absolutely amazing and were some of the nicest people I have met. Once they got there they got straight to work and walked us through everything they were doing, and as we had questions about other aspects of the house they were able to refer us to people that have been equally great. Both waterproofers were also exteremely clean and even cleaned up after the first day they were there even though they were coming back the next day. In order to get the job done (and not have to come back to for a third day) they were willing to stay till seven and there workmanship and attitudes didn't suffer a bit. Over all the project only took two days and we have not seen a trace of water since. A&A has a great warranty and with the skills and quick follow-up that they showed us I am sure that we would have no issues at all if we had any issues with our basement t going forward. All in all we are very pleased.
