Work was done well. follow ups were minor and done very quickly. highly recommend them to anyone for both masonry and waterproofing work. trustworthy and easy to talk through the issues and costs.

Dwight work on our house for a day to get all the tuckpointing necessary to remove all cracks and wholes. This was a real professional job, clean, efficient and according to schedule. The A&A Mansory team was highly efficient to asses the work to be done and schedule a date within a week from the assessment.

A & A Masonry came and fixed a problem of water leakage under our front porch. They removed and replaced bricks, etc. I am completely happy with their work. Especially their customer service. All companies should have their high level of expertise and service.

This is the second job we have done with A&A. We are return customers because we are confident that they will do the job right. We were not disappointed. Andy was very accommodating and Dominic was a pleasure to work with. We were amazed by the speed and quality of work that was done by the team of Vladimir, Eugene, Alex, and Jay. They dug a 5ft hole, made the repairs, and were gone in a day with almost no trace. The crew was great about answering my questions and explaining the work they were doing as they went. My wife and I wish to pass on our sincerest thanks to A&A MASONRY for the TOP NOTCH job that was recently done on our fireplace chimney rebuild. From the first phone call in speaking with Sophie, to Bill in estimating/sales, the highly skilled mason Joe and his apprentice Kyle, our experience with A&A MASONRY was extremely pleasant. I also wish to let Andy know that my wife and I are very impressed with Joe's skill as a true mason. Too often people do not understand the amount of mental and physical skills that are involved in such a noble profession. From the matching of the bricks, to the symmetrical alignment of the new chimney, the rebuild in the eyes of my wife and I, is a true reflection of Joe's passion for the craft and commitment to perfection. We needed some tuckpointing (mortar repairs) and contacted A&A Masonry after seeing work they did on a neighbour's home & researching them on homestars. Vince came to our home to provide an estimate. He pointed out all the areas on our home that needed tuckpointing & parging repairs. Vince was very professional and worked with us to determine the areas most requiring immediate attention, as our budget would not allow for all the repairs required. Once we agreed to proceed with the work, Dwight was dispatched to our home within a few days. Dwight was very hard-working and efficient and completed a great deal of work in the one day he spent on-site. We were very impressed with the quality of work, as are our neighbours. Price was a bit higher than we anticipated, but a very professional quality job was done. Would definitely use A&A Masonry again!

When removing some drywall in our basement, we noticed that the insulation in the walls was wet, indicating some issues with waterproofing. We called A&A Masonry to come by and give us a quote. Once we decided to move forward with the work, they started promptly. We had exterior waterproofing done down the one side of our house (we live in a semi-detached) and installation of a sump pump. Dominic and his team were great to work with – very professional, clearly explained what they were going to do, and made sure we were okay with it before proceeded. Two things that we really appreciated about this company: 1) great professionalism – they worked quickly and efficiently (including over a weekend) and completed the entire job in 10 days. I’ve seen other houses in our neighbourhood having this type of work done and it takes weeks. 2) We didn’t pay a cent until the work was completed and we were satisfied. When an issue (cosmetic only) was identified, Dominic and the team very responsive, polite and quickly resolved it the next day. Since completion of the work, the walls are now completely dry in the basement and it is noticeably warmer and drier in that area.

James, a very personable young man came and surveyed our brickwork and told us what needed to be done. He was informative and honest !! The quote was VERY reasonable.Dwight, the most energetic,practical,knowledgable and diligent worker, completed the work in 7 hours,cleaned up thoroughly and stayed within budget. My wife and I are very happy with the entire process. A&A 10 stars!

I met with Brad who did a full rundown of our house's masonry needs. He gave me an estimate on the spot and I later ended up going with A&A mainly on reputation and trust. They sent over Dwight who was very efficient and he looks to have to done very high quality work on our house. His bricklaying is immaculate. The work was done in a couple days and I am satisfied with the results. Their brick color matching was pretty good and I think his work will last, but time will tell! On pricing I think this is definitely a premium-priced company, but I think you get what you pay for; a good job; professional staff; no messing around. I may shop around more aggressively next time, because I paid a lot for what was essentially a two-day job. Overall, a very good experience. I feel that if I find something wrong, I can always go back to them and get good customer service to rectify the situation.

I hired A&A Masonry to repair one of the chimney on my home and to take down and cap another one. They were very efficient and helpful in providing a cost estimate for the work, with a reasonable price, comparable to the one offered by other companies. Their crew came to do the work on the scheduled day at the agreed time. The work was done with high quality and professionalism, and they took their time to answer any question that I have regarding the work. Once the work was completed they left the area clean and in the same conditions as they found it. Thanks Brad, James and Andy!
