    Duct Cleaning

    Mark & Steve simply awesome..I am particular about who does work in my home and hands down i would have them back again and again. Pleasant, customer focused and showed real care in my home which is important to me. They did a thorough job answering questions in whatever detail i needed. Thanks guys, we will be seeing you again for sure.

    Duct Cleaning

    Outstanding Work. Their office called a day before to confirm the appointment. Matt and his partner showed up right on schedule at 9:00AM. Went through the whole process prior to starting.Very polite and courteous. Provided pictures throughout the process - before and after shots. Could not believe the difference! Had issues with our new furnace due to the buildup of debris in the ductwork. Amazing what a difference it has made. When they left you would never know they where there. Very clean and professional. Would highly recommend this company - Great work guys! Thank you.

    Duct Cleaning post rat dying in duct

    Mark and Steve went above and beyond what you expect from a professional. They showed me every vent and problem area, cleaned and disinfected with natural products (important for people with kids or common sense) and were very careful and respectful of our house and the mess. Mariela, their receptionist, was great at booking us in promptly with plenty of time options for our convenience. Paul called us in the evening to make sure we were satisfied with the service. At the end both Steve and Mark asked me about how they could do their job better and if there is any aspect they could improve on. Overall the best company I have seen yet. I look forward to recommending them to our friends and calling them back to clean our dryer vents and our ducts at more regular intervals.

    Duct Cleaning

    We just had our basement finished this summer, and we assumed our ducts would be full of debris. I heard wonderful things about The Duct Cleaning Specialists, so I made an appointment. From the very beginning, they were easy to work with, professional and all-around awesome! But it gets better! The two duct specialists (Paul & Jonathan) arrived at my place right on time. They went to inspect the furnace and came back upstairs pretty quickly. They asked if I wanted the good news or bad news first. The 'bad' news was that the system was actually really clean - they didn't feel I needed any duct cleaning at all. I was blown away. They could've easily done the job. They could've charged me the initial quote. Even though it wasn't needed, how would I have known any different? Instead, they were totally honest. They charged me for a visit (a service charge) and (again, because they're fantastic) they cleaned all the registers, my furnace filter, the humidifier...etc. I was sooooo impressed. When we DO need our ducts cleaned, or any other service on our HVAC system, you'd better believe I'll be calling these guys. This is how you run a business! Ten stars all the way. Invoice A1097

    Duct Cleaning

    We are very happy with the services provided by Mark. He explained how things work with the cleaning process and did an awesome job. He even fixed the things that weren't not done properly. Paul also went an extra step to solve the question we have. I would highly recommend them!

    Duct cleaning

    Thank you for the great job. We called last week to schedule duct cleaning in our house. The company rep called as back the same day. It was scheduled for Monday at 9:00AM. The team, Matt and Ryan, was a little late (about 30 min), but called at 8:50 and let us know about it. It’s really appreciated. When they came, everything was done perfect – answered our questions, did all work very effectively. They were accurate and considerate about our freshly painted walls. Another plus – price is what is on the web (no unexpected charges). Great. Would definitely recommend. Thank you, Irina and Mikhail.

    Duct Cleaning

    While cleaning my ducts in my home Nicholas took the time to explain the entire process. In addition, his crew paid special attention to make sure that they didn't damage the house. Overall, "The Duct Cleaning Specialists" are a very reliable and trustworthy company with no additional charges attached to their work!

    Duct Cleaning

    My wife and I are just wrapped up our Flooring reno and figured now would be a good time to get the ducts cleaned. So I went to home star, clicked on Paul's company, checked his HomeStars rating on here and saw all the positive reviews. One voicemail, which was responded and we set a date. They showed up right on the interval of time that was given, explained the process, covered all flooring vents that needed to be, had the job completed in a little under 2 hours. Ducts are clean . Hiring people to perform work on your house is always a risk but this paid off with “the Duct Cleaning” was quite simply painless. Polite, professional, thorough and conscientious were Adrian and Ryan....I highly recommend them. PS. Would have liked the Crew to have had washable Furnace Filters with them like the last guy provided a new one for me, but ah ! Rgds, Renne.K

Although the issues of filters have been brought up many times, we do only carry a few of the most basic sizes, so unless a new filter is requested at the time of booking, we can have one available, otherwise you would need to pick them up from "home depot" or order online. Believe me, I would love to be able to carry every size and type of filter & humidifier pad, but unless we start driving a transport truck, there's just too many sizes to have and no room on the trucks. Give me a call directly if you would like me to drop off a couple filters, or one of those re-usable washable ones, and I'll gladly do that next time we are in your area. Thanks again for such a detailed review, it is truly appreciated, and the only way we can make sure were doing a good job, and find ways to improve, so thank you for that.
