    Duct Cleaning

    The Duct Cleaning Specialists are definitely specialists! From the moment Steve and Matt walked into my door, it was nothing but superior customer service. Steve guided me through each process and showed me the before and after. Wow, those ducts really dirty (previous owner didn't clean them once!). They arrived within the time frame given and left at a reasonable time. They ensured that my happiness was fulfilled and left my place smelling divine! I encourage everyone to get the disinfectant - and the health benefits are great too! I will definitely recommend The Duct Specialists to all my friends and family :)

    Duct Cleaning

    I had my ducts cleaned today and had a wonderful experience! I had some trouble with my air conditioner after they left, and when I called them one of the technicians showed up immediately and fixed the problem right away! If I had went with anyone else I'm pretty sure that I would be without my air conditioner on one of the hottest days of the summer! Thanks for a job well done guys! I would and will totally recommend you to anyone looking to have their ducts cleaned!

Not every job runs smooth, as careful as we may be, and in this case, a wire was disconnected, preventing the A/C from coming on. Coming by right away, especially with the heat, was no problem for me to do. Took a few minutes to get everything back up and running.     Duct Cleaning

    My wife and I recently renovated our house so naturally there would be a lot of dust. This is our first house so we weren't too sure what to expect and how the dust impacted our furnance and vents. The duct cleaning specialists were absolutely amazing to deal with. Easy booking on the phone, they called to confirm a few days in advance, their team showed up early (which is great) and they were done in about an hr and a half. The house already feels cleaner. Great job guys, I will definately bring them in next time around.

    Duct Cleaning

    We recently finished with a major renovation in a house we've just recently moved into. I've never had my ducts cleaned before and had no idea what to expect; I did know though that they needed to be done and I've heard many speak of the benefits of having your ducts cleaned. I found The Duct Cleaning Specialists through an offer on 'Groupon' .... booked them first - then did my research on them. Not in the right order - I know - but lucky for me .... as it turns out they've been around forever and they know their stuff! My positive experience began the night before my scheduled cleaning when my technician, Mark, called to confirm a 9:00 am arrival and start time. Mark was precisely on time and presented with a wonderful smile and an amazing demeanor! He was very warm and pleasant! Not only did Mark do a 'very' thorough job on cleaning the ducts - but he answered each and every question I had (I love to learn & understand stuff)....I had many questions...lol. He maneouvered through the house with great care being careful of floors and furniture. Mark went beyond the call of duty in his cleaning of the furnace as well as the furnace room area, i.e., pipes etc. I was amazed and very pleased with his initiative... When Mark was done - not only did I have clean air ducts, a clean and sanitized furnace....but the whole house was left smelling fresh without a trace of 'duct dust' left behind anywhere. Thank you Mark - from the Duct Cleaning Specialists - for the wonderful lesson in duct cleaning...for your pleasant manner and for a job that I know has been not only well done - but done beyond what I had booked for!! It's the professional and personal touch that will see me calling you again and telling my family & friends about you. Thank you! Andrea

    Duct cleaning for new home

    These guys were very professional from booking to job completion. I can see that they were very thorough with their cleaning and made sure to explain to me what was included in the cleaning (their website is also very helpful and detailed). During the setup they also pointed out a small wasp nest by the basement window, which was good to know so I could do something about it. Price was reasonable, you get what you pay for. Highly recommended.

    Duct cleaning

    I called and they came within the week. It's definitely the first time a duct cleaning company leaves no trace of their mess in the house. I paid and they contacted me 1 day later apologizing for overcharging me $10 and sent me a cheque in the mail. Very honest company.

    Duct Cleaning & Dryer vent cleaning

    The communication with Paul Hannah was very easy, we agreed on a time and his team came right on time, the service was fast and accurate, they cleaned after they worked, and didn't need any follow-up. The price was comparable to the market. I would definitely recommend The Duct Cleaning Specialists to my friends and family.

    Ducts and Furnace

    Recently had Paul and his assistant at my home they were very Professional and knowledgeable.Answering all questions I had about the service. The cleaning provided was extensive and they were well organized as a team. Did an Excellent Job !!! Higly recommend them to anyone.

    Duct Cleaning

    Very proffessional, polite and efficent service. The 2 man team was very through and arrived with up-to-date equipment. They did not push or upsell any extra products or services. They left their shoes at the door and respected our property. I saw my neighbours had their ducts cleaned by a different company and it was 1 man with a rusty truck that spent less than half the amont of time as The Duct Cleaning Specialists did at ours. After seeing that, I felt even more confident that we choose the right company. If something is priced cheap, you will likely get poor service like our neighbours which is just a waste of money. If you want it done right, call these guys!

    Air Duct Cleaning, Furnace, A/C Coil & Dryer Vent

    Overall an excellent job by Steve and Matt - very professional, friendly and efficient. Very considerate with removing their shoes as the whole house was carpeted. The owner, Paul Hannah was very knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to use this company again.
