    Duct Cleaning

    Paul and Steve arrived on time and were very pleasant to deal with. They clearly know their stuff and I had full confidence in their work. Paul showed me some of the junk that had accumulated in the ducts in the house that my wife and I had just purchased. He also explained how he would cut access points along a long section of duct work to allow him to do a thorough cleaning. I also had them clean the dryer vent, which was a good thing because it was blocked up to the point of being a fire hazard. Job well done. Thanks.

    bird in vent

    One morning, we awoke to hear noises in our furnace room. After some searching, we discovered we had a woodpecker in our ducts! (Apparently, these are very small birds and do this more often!) We called Paul--whom we have used earlier--and he came an hour or two later, opened up our ducts and cleaned it all out. No more woodpecker! He even vacuumed out our furnace and replaced our filter. We are VERY pleased with Paul's service. Friendly, quick, responsive. What more could you ask for? We will certainly keep using him for future duct cleaning issues.

    Duct Cleanning

    Paul and his team did a great job. Knowing that the house hasn't had the ducts cleaned for a long time they brought two trucks hence they were able to finish the job in a shorter period of time than what I expecting. They were also right on time (which is rare in Toronto) and gave me suggestions to save me money in a long run (an even more rare behaviour). They took the time to make sure the house would be left clean as whole not only the ducts. Be aware that the cost is not as high as it seems at a first glance. It is a 3 Floor large and old house. Their price were among the lowest I got from other companies. For sure I'll call them next time I need the job done.

We also noticed the lack of maintenance on the systems a "larger named company" performed, with the A/C Drain lines cracked and leaking water all over the place, having improper sized filters installed in the furnace, and no maintenance on the humidifier filters, what was Luiz actually paying for? With all that being said, I am glad that Luiz put his trust in us to get the ductwork cleaned, and fix these problems as well.     AC duct cleaning

    Paul was able to come in quickly, he checked all the AC openings and cleaned the ducts. He was tidy, professional and explained when to replace the filters on various items. He also offered to email reminders when we'd need to replace the filters so that all systems will be up to date. It was a great experience and I won't hesitate to use this service again in the future, as needed.

    Air Duct cleaning, central vac cleaning, furnace cleaning

    I found the Duct Cleaning Specialists to be extremely thorough. I have been skeptical of duct cleaning companies in the past, the ones that cold call and offer cheap rates and are in & out of your house without doing a thorough job. I was VERY selective and informed when I picked this company. They exceeded my expectations as I was not only pleased with the results of their cleaning and central vac cleaning that they provided but also with the professional approach and courteous customer service that I experienced throughout their visit. They were careful in my home and respectful of my property. I recommended them to my neighbour the same day and she was equally pleased, testament to me that I found value for my money. The owner even remembered to come back and replace some piping for me on my furnace because he happened to be in the neighbourhood, now that's service!

    Inspection of ducts and Filter Change

    Paul Hannah and Steve showed up ahead of schedule (great!) They inspected the ductwork, furnace, humidity pad and HVAC filter. They said that given that there was very little dust in the return a duct cleaning would not be necessary at this time. They did a courtesy clean with their powerful vacuum and were nice enough to even vacuum under my washer/dryer. They replaced the humidity pad, installed a liftime filter at a very competitive price and I was so impressed with them that I hired them for a maintenance plan for the filter. Overall they were efficient, informative and rarest of all honest. Will definitely be using their services again.

Getting the job done is important, when needed, and this time around, there wasn't really any urgency to do a job, with only very minimal accumulation in the ductwork. Keeping the system maintained in regards to filters is very important, and I am looking forward to doing so each year. I have supplied one of my filters (as they are a high efficiency Electrostatic Filter) and will be maintaining them quarterly. These are upgraded in replacement of a 1" disposable filter incase people are wondering.     Duct Cleaning

    cleaning of ducts

    Paul and Steve arrived on time. They had to carry their equipment in the house, as parking at the door was unavailabe. The work they were going to do was explained and shown to me. I was impressed with their knowledge and experience in the duct cleaning business. The work was completed in relatively short time period. Everything was left clean and tidy. It was a job well done. I would not hesitate to recommend the co. to my friends and neighbours. Next time, when needed, it's going to be The Duct Cleaning Specialits for sure.

    Duct Cleaning

    We did a lot of renos over the past year and I was looking forward to getting the crap out of the duct work that accumulated. Came to homestars, read the reviews, and visited their website. That was an easy decision. They arrived on time, they were very friendly, and very important, they were very meticulous which as a homeowner I appreciate. Took about 2 hours to clean our small home. Would definitely recommend to others to get their ducts cleaned. It's amazing how efficient they are operating their business (software) and advertising & marketing (homestars). That way they can focus on doing a good job with the ducts.

    Duct cleaning

    The Duct Cleaning Specialists arrived on time, explained what they were going to do thoroughly, and then did it quickly and tidily. The also had useful information about my furnace. I Will certainly use their followup services as well.
