Paul did an amazing job. Was professional and blew out all the dust and debris from the vents and intakes after renovations (sanding/refinishing stairs and floors, installing engineered hardwood floor, and painting). Even gave tips on furnace filters, humidifier filters. This is the 2nd time weve hired them for our ducts and they are great. Thanks Paul for also finding an alternate time at short notice - totally appreciate the flexibility for our timelines!

This company did an excellent job. Friendly, efficient and didn't leave behind any mess. They cleaned an intake that had likely not been cleaned prior to their visit as I had been told it wasn't accessible by a previous cleaner. They also found a way to remove a vent that I had also been told couldn't be removed. So above and beyond expectations.

9 years ago, I moved into my house and wanted to have the ducts cleaned and have a whole house HEPA filter system installed. I called The Duct Cleaning Specialist since I saw the many good reviews about them and wanted to give them a try. And I was so glad that I did. I was blown away by the honest and friendly service by Paul 9 years ago. He installed the HEPA filter system and explained everything I needed to know about running and maintaining the system. I didn't need to read the manual myself. As for the duct cleaning, he did an inspection and actually told me that my ducts were actually quite clean and that I didn't really need the service done. Paul took pictures of at various places in the ducts and showed me. I agreed with his recommendation and skipped the duct cleaning. From that point I knew I would have to call Paul back if I ever needed duct cleaning done. Fast forward to the present, I had bathroom renovations done and at one point the entire basement was covered in drywall dust that was blown through the duct vents. I figured the ducts must be really dirty from the renovations. I used their online booking system and picked the time slot that was convenient for me. There were confirmation and reminder emails/text messages for the appointment. The day of the service, Paul arrived on time and had asked if he should do an inspection prior to starting the service. I explained that I had renovations done and was sure the duct were dirty. Paul must know something because he decided to do the inspection anyway. To my astonishment, Paul told me the same thing 9 years ago. My ducts are still pretty clean. The vents in the bathrooms had some debris from the renovations but he recommended that I just get a shop-vac and vacuum the vents myself. I called Paul to do duct cleaning twice and twice he was honest with me and said that my ducts are pretty clean. I don't know how many duct cleaning companies would do what Paul just did for me. I'm thinking ZERO! I gave Paul a tip and I said it was to help with the gas. He said he'll credit my account for next time. I joked with him, in 10 years :) Paul also checked the dryer vent as I wanted to have that cleaned too as the package. He said he always checks the dryer vent as it can be a fire hazard. Of course, he said that was pretty clean too but he did go get his agitator tool and gave my dryer vent a quick few whirls. If you need duct cleaning done, call Paul. He is absolutely an amazing person. Only if all people treated their customers like this!!

Since living in our home, we have used the team to attend to the needs of our ducts and dryer, multiple times and have happily referred many clients.
