    Highly recommended

    Great service. Very respectful of our home and very thorough in their work. Showed up right on time and accurately predicted when they would be done. I am very particular and not easy to impress. I highly recommend their services!

    Dryer Vent Cleaning

    Great service. Called Paul and he gave me good information right of the bat, and scheduling over the phone was really quick. I got text confirmation of the scheduling and the name of the service person, pre arrival of the service man and a final text confirmation when the job was completed. Since I was not on site when the job was completed, Paul was nice enough to give me a call to let me know the details of the job. A+

    Great work and friendly staff

    Mark and Adrian did a great job and the air in our home feels more fresh and clean than it has in some time. The service was friendly and professional Thank you Duct cleaning specialists.

    Duct Cleaning

    Mark and Adrian arrived on time and were very polite and courteous. They did a very thorough job as our ducts were very messy. They also went above and beyond by sealing all the duct connections on the furnace. Very satisfied with the service. Definitely recommended.

    Duct and dryer vent cleaning

    The owner of the company was quick to answer my questions via e-mail and set up an appointment (our house has two sets of furnace and AC and dryer on 2nd floor). Guys arrived on time. Did their job very thorough, quickly and were pleasure to communicate with. We are very happy with our choice of company for this service.

    duct cleaning

    Thanks again to the employees at Duct Cleaning Specialists. This is the second time using them and was fully satisfied with the service they provided. They answered all the questions I had and even showed me the before and after photos of my ducts. Will be using them again. Get good use out of that hunter jacket.

    Duct Cleaning

    We moved into our house over two years ago and only just had our ducts cleaned. After reading dozens of reviews we decided to call The Duct Cleaning Specialists. I wish we called them sooner! I called their office quite late in the day so left a message but within 24 hours they returned my call. It was easy to schedule an appointment and the guys showed up right on time. They were tidy and extremely professional. They obviously take pride in their work. Payment was easy and exactly as posted on their website. Thanks gentlemen!

    Great duct cleaning experience from start to finish

    I wanted a professional and high quality duct cleaning service performed on my house since I hadn't done it in years. I didn't want any discount "Blow and Go" companies that pretend they know what they are doing, are in and out of your house in an hour, and don't even use tools to loosen the dust/debris in your ducts before vacuuming it out. I figured the best way to narrow down my search was to check the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) website so I could look for local companies in the GTA who belong to NADCA and adhere to the NADCA standards for duct cleaning. The NADCA website actually lets you search for local members. Once I had my short list of NADCA members, I checked HomeStars and knew from the high number of great ratings that I had to reach out to Paul Hannah, the owner of The Duct Cleaning Specialists. I also liked the fact that Paul and his team have been certified as Air Systems Cleaning Specialists (ASCS) by NADCA. These guys are pros! My experience with Paul and his team was great from start to finish. He responded quickly to my initial e-mail query, then followed up right away with an "Appointment Request" form which was easy to complete and gave Paul the advance information he needed about my house. I also liked the fact he asked if I had any questions or concerns prior to scheduling the work. His technicians Nick and Matt showed up on time and worked steadily for almost 2.5 hours. This definitely was not a job for one person. They showed me "before" and "after" pictures which proved how well they had cleaned the ducts. They patiently answered every question I had about the process. I will clean my ducts again within 5 years and look forward to working with Paul and his team again. Go with the best!

    Terrific duct cleaning work by Adrian!

    Adrian did an amazing, thorough, and complete duct cleaning and furnace blow-out for my townhouse which just had new hardwood flooring installed. His attention-to-detail was immaculate and his work is the definition of "above and beyond." He actually encouraged me to observe and watch him while he worked and took the time to explain and walk me through what he was doing every step of the way. He took extra care to clean up after himself along with other areas of the house and he was very careful in moving around his equipment and tools so there were no damages to the walls or newly installed hardwood floors. I would highly recommend him to anyone and I plan on calling him back to clean my ducts again in the near future.

    Duct and Dryer Vent Cleaning

    Very Impressed with the service levels from The Duct Cleaning Specialist! Firstly, I received a call from Steve to say when they would arrive, Steve and Adrian arrived right when they said they would. Steve and Adrian were both courtious and positive individuals, they worked quickly and cleanly and I am totally satisfied with the outcome of their work. I have NO difficulty recommending this company!
