I purchased a 30 year old town home and renovated the kitchen and basement. When I had the a/c unit inspected at the start of the summer, the tech told me that the ducts were filthy and I and my toddler would breathe better if I got them cleaned. I have allergies and I was sneezing more than usual this year so I thought this made sense. So I filled out the request for appointment and the very next day (which was a Saturday) I received info on the service I requested and an appointment confirmation for a date I had selected. My appointment was between 2 & 4 pm. I was expecting the techs to arrive between those times. Mark and Marlon arrived promptly at 2 and were finished before 4 pm. When they arrived, they explained what they were going to do, and what parts of my home they would need to access. As soon as Mark entered the utility room, he could tell that the decks in my home had NEVER been professionally cleaned. that convinced me that I was dealing with an experienced professional. He took a picture of the inside of one of my vents and I was shocked to see the dust and debris that was inside. They even found a large ball of steel wool that the previous owners had stuffed inside the vents for some reason! The product that they use to clean out the vents had a mild, not unpleasant odour, and 6 hours later, I have not sneezed once, which is a HUGE improvement, and neither has my son. Mark explained what they found and where they cleaned and and even told me what I need to do to maintain a clean air system in the future. I was really pleased and impressed with this company from start to finish. I have already recommended them to a family member and will use them again every time I need my ducts cleaned.
