    Duct Cleaning

    I desperately needed my ducts cleaned as my son is asthmatic and there was just too much dust blowing out of vents. I had contacted another service who were rated on this site and they late me down by not showing up when they were supposed to or returning my emails. So I saw the great reviews from all the homeowners and on the spot from my phone I contacted them. Paul made my weekend! He turned around my request in minutes (I don't think he sleeps much!) and then when his service man showed up he was amazing! He explained to me what he was doing and he kept my house clean, was professional and timely. It has been a long time since I have paid money for such terrific service. I was told I should only do my ducts every 5-7 years but The Duct Cleaning specialist made the experience so good I am going to make it yearly. I do not like parting with my money but when something is done right it is a pleasure. Many thanks for superior work!

    Healthy Home Package

    I found The Duct Cleaning Specialists on Homestars and was impressed with the reviews. We recently renovated our basement, and there was a lot of dust buildup. Very happy with the professional technicians that arrived to do the job. Both gentlemen, Mark and Chris were very helpful and explained what they were going to do. They did a great job cleaning the ducts,furnace,blower and dryer, very respectful of our home. Very professional from start to finish. Would highly recommend them to our friends and family.     Duct Cleaning

    I am always cautious about who I hire and who is welcomed into my home. I have not always been so lucky. I found The Duct Cleaning Specialists on Homestars and contacted them right away. Soon after Paul the owner called me and informed me of their services. Paul runs his company very professional, from sending me the Work Order to the appointment reminder via e-mail. I felt very comfortable from the onset. Chris and Mark were the technicians. They arrived on time, were friendly, very knowledgeable and did a great job. They also both took time to explain the process and what was eventually done. Paul later called me to see how the job went. I recommend the Duct Cleaning Specialists to friends and family. Keep up the good work and hope that all companies learn from you !!

    Duct Cleaning

    Mark and Steve were friendly, knowledgeable and did great work. They both took the time to show my wife and I what they were doing and did not hesitate to answer any questions we had. Once the job was completed, they walked us through the whole house and showed us everything and gave times in maintaining our ducts. I will recommend Mark and Steve to all my family and friends. Thanks again Mark and Steve, you guys did a great job!!!

    Duct Cleaning

    Forget the phone calls, and the bargain basement pricing. It is your home and you should take care of it with people you trust. Saw the reviews from Home Stars, and I made the call. Steve and Mark were friendly and professional all the way through. Showed me pictures of the ducts before and after and did an amazing job. They even went out of their way to do a few extra things that needed to be done, no charge. Highly recommend The Duct Cleaning Specialists!

I have never seen or heard of a company doing a professional cleaning and only charging $99 at the end of it all. That's just the way they get into the home and then start the upsetting to get as much as they can.     Duct Cleaning

    I enjoyed Paul's service for my town house which had recently gone through a minor renovation. He first started by opening up an old patch (from previous cleaning job I believe) to do an inspection and found a lot of large garbage (rocks, construction debris) which he removed for me on this visit. He then told me that the duct was not too dirty and could wait two years before a full cleaning job. I gladly accepted his recommendation and only paid for a maintenance visit. However, he and his staff (sorry I forgot her name) still did a really thorough job by vacuuming inside of every vent and replaced my filters. The entire visit took about an hour to an hour and half. I didn't give Paul 10 stars because I still haven't tried his full service yet, and also he arrived an hour late (but it was a Saturday morning and he had his reason, so it's all good). I would use Paul's service again.

    Duct Cleaning 5200 square feet

    I do a lot of research before contracting out a job. To be honest I couldn't see much of a difference on the surface between The Duct Cleaning Specialists and some other companies (many of them located closer to my home than TDCS). The major difference I saw was the enormous amount of great reviews on HomeStars. I decided to go with TDCS and Paul (owner) arrived with a worker and got the job done. Although my ducts were in pretty good shape, they educated me on proper cleaning techniques, helped redistribute the airflow throughout my home and maximized efficiency by closing some seams in my return vent that, unbeknownst to me, were ripped open by previous owner. The other half that impressed me regarding this company was the impeccable service, and although they've reached out to me to report my experience on HomeStars, this review and their service is legit. Job well done boys.

    'Spring Special' Duct Cleaning

    I was absolutely impressed with the work, customer service and professionalism I experienced with The Duct Cleaning Specialists. Steve and Mark introduced themselves immediately and worked continuously through the entire service. They showed me some pictures of the 'before' as well as some of the debris that they found in the system (screws, bits of drywall and sandpaper left post renovation!) and were thorough to ensure that all dust and objects were removed from the system. I, with a dust allergy and being a bit of a cleaning extremist, feel very confident with the quality of work. I would highly recommend this company.

    Duct Cleaning- Healthy Home Package

    Greg and Mat provided exceptional service. They were efficient, incredibly knowledgeable and careful while working around the house. Greg and Mat were professional from the moment they arrived - introducing themselves, explaining the procedures, and providing additional care details when they were done. I highly recommend the Duct Cleaning Specialists.

    Duct Cleaning

    Steve & Mark came right on time. They explained the procedure and they finished the work ahead of schedule. They took the time to explain the extra holes in the ducts that they created. Then they stated the next time they would come.

Just so other's reading this are aware, the access (holes) are important to be made in the main ductwork to be able to thoroughly clean out the entire system. You have to do this for ALL supply & return trunks, and just making one and hooking up a vacuum like some companies do just isn't sufficient. All panels get closed and sealed at the end.
