I was thrilled to find the Duct Cleaning Specialists on Homestars. When I called I thought I'd get a voicemail as it was after office hours, but Paul answered the phone and was very helpful, answering all my questions and giving me all the information I needed. Mark and Chris did a great job, showed me everything they were going to do. I can't believe the difference. The house even smells so much nicer too. Steve and Mat showed up promptly to tend to the duct cleaning. They were very careful with the walls and doors which is always a worry for me. they explained everything they were doing, showed me what was in the ducts and what was being taken out and then showed me before and after. I could not be happier. Great guys who work hard with a smile on their faces. They left the place spotless. I wouldn't hire another duct cleaning company ever again. Great Job!Answer from pro:

Friendly, quick, skillful. Large difference in odour of house, just moved in so lingering smell was present. This was a quick and affordable job. They showed me pictures after and I felt good about it.Answer from pro:

I was always hesitant having my ducts cleaned because of the many issues friends had experienced when their ducts were serviced. I visited the BBB and came across this company. I liked that they didn't advertised through telemarketing. They respond quickly to my request for a quote, followed up with a phone call to discuss the job. On the day of service, they arrived on time and caused minimal disruption. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.Answer from pro:

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! - I recently had duct cleaning work done by the Duct Cleaning Specialists - they came in on time and the work was done quickly. After about a month there seemed to be some noise from the vent - they came in back right away to check it out (no questions and no hassle or additional charge) and it turns out it wasn't related to my HVAC, during this second visit they checked my dryer vent proactively and found it needed some work as well and promptly gave me a quote and completed the job . I felt they had my back and my best interest in mind - They truly stand by their work!Answer from pro:

Arrived on time, with a call ahead of time, as requested. Matt & Steve were knowledgeable and friendly, taking the time to explain the process & equipment. The crew worked quickly and diligently. They paid careful attention to the house when moving gear around and to keep their work sites clean. Once done, Matt summarized what was done and even made a couple of suggestions for future maintenance. This company has earned a repeat customer. Highly recommended.Answer from pro:

Very satisfied! Right from the very beginning, they are very professional - appointment set-up, quote, reminder and a phone call to say they were on their way as promised. Once onsite, Steve and Adrian were great. They made sure I knew what they were doing and showed me before and after photos of all work areas. They even cleaned stuff that another company had left when I had it done a few years ago - wow! The guys were courteous and thorough. And they left my home smelling fresh and clean. Thanks guys!!!!!
