Not bad but not exceptionally great as all the other ratings would seem to suggest. Did I just get them on a bad day? The two individuals showed up and cleaned my ducts but there was a lack of professionalism and quality. Nothing major, but I still expected better from a company with such a high rating. The following are examples of the somewhat substandard quality:
1. My dryer pipe was stepped on and crushed. I can accept that accidents happen, but at least tell me about them or try to fix the crushed pipe. They failed to do both and I had to discover this on my own. 2. With the duct-cleaning brush, they chipped the drywall and scuffed the newly-painted wall. It can be "touched-up", but again I would expect to at least be told rather than finding out later on my own. Also, they may also want to be more careful in the future when they pull the rotating brush out of the duct. 3. They left a lot of dust and debris downstairs along the duct line. Additionally, the humidifier on my furnace was covered with a lot of dirt, dust, and wood splinters from the cleaning. There should have been a more diligent cleaning effort done considering these are the "Duct Cleaning Specialists".
Finally, I cannot be sure that my ducts are actually clean as the only "camera" used was the employee's cellphone. In some of the photos, the ducts looked cleaner but in other places it was too hard to tell. I will have to see if there is any dust blown around the house when I activate my furnace this Fall. Personally, I think that I would go with another company next time.
