RJ responded quickly and was able to schedule me in on very short notice for a whole house humidifier installation. The work was done with exceptional due diligence, made me aware of existing issues with my furnace without pressuring me into purchasing new parts or repairing something that doesn't need addressed yet. RJ also gave some tips on dealing with an air exchanger I was unfamiliar with as if had been installed by the prior owner of the house.
