Very thorough and excellent communication. Spent a good amount of time cleaning the ducts And they looked fantastic afterwards. Only thing keeping it from a five star was they did leave a bit of a mess that needed to be cleaned up.

Very thorough job on a house that needed vent cleaning due to normal occupancy + renovations. All good! He even noted an issue with the furnace that I'll have my furnace service guys address.

The job went well but the tech arrived about an hour late. I had expected to receive a confirmation the day before but did not receive one. When the tech was late I assumed that the cleaning was not happening. I received a voice message that he was on the way about 45 minutes after the scheduled appointment. Once he arrived everything went well.

Canaduct not only cleaned the number of ducts that I requested, but checked all the other vents in the home and found out that they needed cleaning which I was not aware of. They cleaned them at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company for their competence and thoroughness in checking the whole house.
