RJ gave us a courtesy call to confirm his arrival time. He was polite, efficient, and considerate of our home at all times. We had booked for all vents and returns to be cleaned but opted to also have our dryer vent cleaned. Very pleased with the service. Will definitely use again. He said our ducts were bad (I mean, those weren't his exact words), and cleaning the registers would make a mess. I said to go ahead anyway, and I would deal with any mess.
